20,50 SMA is commonly used level, look at the chart, think how should we
make a trading plan before this well known level is about to approach.
Also, learn how to evaluate failed case, how should we stop or reverse the
position.
Big volume always has effect on the market. Some say volume spike is the
reversal signal.
Should we combine some of the other indicator for better use?

I think the underlying bet is the shape and length of economic cycles. It
assumes a bear market typically last some time more than 20 months. This was
true (or happened to be true) for the previous bear market, so this method
works well. If a bear market last for, say 5 years with several up-and-down
on the time scale of 1-2 years, you will need something like 40SMA to

大盘
本周大盘继续调整，前半周跌幅很大，小盘股抛盘犹甚。不过大盘牛势犹在，因美国
非农工作新增岗位和失业率超出预期，周五强力反弹，SPX收1967.90。
板块表现：1、银行股继续强势；2、Biotech回升；3、Social networks继续牛
势；4、Big data （splk,crm, wday, panw等）回升；5、石油和能源板块继续走
低；6、BABA跌落90；7、美元指数继续上涨，债市TLT回升，金银及金矿股继续大幅
度走低。
下周关注：1、联储会议纪要，加息问题是焦点；2、QE即将终结，股市仍然大幅振
荡；3、SPX能否突破阻力50sma线，重上2000？
股市高位振荡，风险在增加。不管朝什么方向振荡发展，都需注意锁利和止损。

由于油价出乎意料的暴跌，大盘有转势的危险，这些股的底相应会下移。周五，我一度
认为，大盘不会跌破50sma线支撑，或触碰此线后回拉，但盘尾跳水，击破了这种期许。
FB可能比较强势，继续上行可能性大；
GILD受下周ABBV FDA药物审批结果影响，有再次下探95-99一线的可能，但预计会拉回；
GOOGL可能很快探500-510范围，但估计不会跌破500；

1)
It still need takes 2-3 weeks for Techs, Financials to be bullish. I mean
20SMA to cross 30SMA, and 50SMA from beneath.
2)
Clearly, airlines, some energy stocks will be bullish sooner. I already
established long positions with LCC, UAUA, CLNE...
Although I'm bullish in short term, one big concern is SPX/SPY is still
under 20SMA. Will see if SPX/SPY will hit 20SMA by this Friday! It will be
a big event to me. |
