一天：

100平，地理位置不错的话，就算4万一平，400万。首付30%是120万，攒2-3年就够了，
房贷可以用公积金补充一部分，部分企业或者单位还有这样那样的贷款优惠。不容易，
就是首付有困难，如果自己有点积蓄，后面的事情还是比较轻松的。
美国这边大城市好一点的地方，100平的房子也至少要100万美金以上。 |
