这个I-512L是不是就是所说的AP啊？是移民局寄来的一式两份，左下角有照片，然后照
片上盖了个钢印。 今年上半年出美国去旅游， 回来入海关的时候，被海关收走了一
份， 剩下的一份在右下角盖了个章，好像还有个有效期什么的（一年期限）。 现在
要回中国一趟， 可以用这剩下的一份I-512L（盖了章的）回美国吗？ |

所以我得理解是返美时只要有护照和这张EAD卡就好了。
但是今天又收到两张一样的I-512L,Authorization for Parole。 打印在有条纹的厚厚
的绿色纸张上。
请问板上的xdjm，这两张纸离境需要随身携带么？
还有谁和我一样的情形？

, 结果一个月之后今天又收到了一封信，里面有两张一摸一样的I-512L (是那种长得和
I797一样的黄黄的纸).
这是正常现象还是uscis抽风？ |

已经过期了，H4有效期在今年年底。主申请人的AP已经激活，H1B应该今年不需要延长
了吧？那么副申请人的I-512需要如何重办吗？ |

我和老婆的485都在美国递交了。我老婆没有等打指纹就回国了，AP也没有等到，但是
她的H4还在有效期内。我是前几天到local office办了加急AP打完指纹回国的。现在我
们都在国内，我是穿越发帖。我老婆也可以用有效的H4身份会美国，只要我没有绿（按
照现在这个速度，估计到10月份都是不会绿的）。但是因为她家里面的事，她不想急着
回美国，所以才有了上面第一个问题。
昨天我美国的朋友告诉我，我和老婆的正常AP都寄到了。当然我是不需要了，不知道她
的AP还有效吗？这样是最理想的了，我几天后回回美国就把她的AP快递回来。大家讨论
看看。

to have and I-512L Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United
States because your US visas are expired. You should apply at the
Consulate that serves the country in which you will be staying the most
time. If you will be in each country an equal amount of time, you should

once AP is approved, you can leave and have someone mail the combo card or I
-512L to you, as long as the begin/start date of AP is before your departure
date, you are fine to reenter using that AP. |
