公盟向全国人民代表大会提出十项公民建议

全国人民代表大会召开之即，作为民间法律研究机构，公盟提出了县级政治体制改
革、停止强制性计划生育、以阳光财政促进社会和谐、关于要求国务院停止征收三峡工
程建设基金等十项建议。
十项公民建议已经发给部分全国人大代表，并寄给全国人大常委会。希望更多的人
大代表关注这些问题，共同推动社会进步。建议题目如下：
1、关于推动县级政治体制改革的公民建议
2、关于废除教育行政垄断的建议
3、关于停止强制计划生育的建议
4、关于要求国务院停止征收三峡工程建设基金的建议
5、关于精神病强制收治的建议
6、以阳光财政促进社会和谐
7、关于取缔黑监狱的建议
8、关于审查修改《互联网视听节目管理规定》的建议

今日新闻”报道，台风“莫拉克”引发“八八水灾”重创台湾南部，台当局积极救援，

9674人，因全力救援而受伤的救灾人员多达45人。
“莫拉克”台风给台湾带来重创，大陆台办10日晚间致函国民党，表示愿意提供援助
，在国民党主席吴伯雄向“府”、“院”转达相关讯息后，确定台当局立场是“欢迎大
陆人道援助”，并建议大陆透过两岸红十字会分会，或是海基、海协两会的管道进行援
助。8月20日晚，东方卫视等6家卫视联合举办了“跨越海峡的爱心——援助台湾受灾同
胞赈灾晚会”。记者21日从晚会主办方获悉，经最终统计，晚会共募得善款3．514亿元

美国医疗费用占GDP18%，到2020年左右预期要占到20%的GDP。收入最高的是脊柱外科医
生，年收入约61万美元，接下来是神经外科，年收入约58万美元，紧接其后的是一系列
外科专科，一般都在30万以上。收入最低的是儿科呼吸急病，每年约
17万。收入较低的专科集中在儿科各专科和专业分科不很细的普通医学类。最高和最低
之间相差3.5倍。
形成这种差异的原因是在医学界内部对外科的偏向，以及由于为儿童提供医疗
保障的医助（Medicaid）给医生的费率比较低。
为了使大家有个比较，美国劳工部的统计，2008年美国全国工资收入中位数为
每年$42,270。一般的医生收入是全国平均工资收入的5倍左右。

德国重点是与默克尔总理共同启动中德政府磋商机制。这是中国首次同外国政府建立类
似机制，对两国关系具有十分重要的意义。
中国国务院总理温家宝将于6月24日至28日对匈牙利、英国、德国进行正式访问。
17日，外交部就此事举行中外媒体吹风会。
傅莹表示，两国总理前两次会晤时商定全面推进中德战略伙伴关系，建立中德政府
磋商机制。温家宝总理此访重点是与默克尔总理共同启动该机制。这是中国首次同外国
政府建立类似机制，对两国关系具有十分重要的意义。一方面表明中德关系的高水平，
另一方面将强有力推动中德各领域务实合作。

一眼看过去，有样子，配置高，价钱低，还是很吸引没有钱的老百姓的。
老弟刚买了个哈弗H5绿静，看到这个车只喊买亏了。对比过数据，发现S6只能载重370
多公斤，哈弗可以600多公斤，心里才舒服了。
我和他一算，370多公斤，载5个人，每个人只能70公斤，赶上家里体现社会主义优越性
的（这种情况还是挺多的吧？），就不用装货了。
然后为了看看S6是不是确实载重太少了。我就研究了一下一些车的载重。
1.哈弗H5，载重600多公斤。
2.2011 chevrolet equinox，载重514 公斤。
3.1995 pontiac grand prix sedan, 504公斤
4.2008 toyota rav4 base 2wd, 载重（大概）480公斤
5.2003 nissan pathfinder le 2wd, 载重约440公斤。（这个我也觉的挺忒低了，一个
大梁底盘，V6，大空间的硬派SUV，才能装那么点，算算自己原来用来送人去机场，貌

3月17日，通用汽车宣布在全球追加召回150余万辆汽车，并任命新的车辆安全负责
人。加上2月份召回的162万辆车，总计近317万辆。外媒称通用新CEO玛丽 博拉(Mary
Barra)面临严峻挑战，此次危机堪与丰田油门自动加速召回事件相比。
在上任还没满60天之际，玛丽·博拉便迎来了其职业生涯中最为严峻的一次挑战，
尤其是通用汽车时下正在重建消费者、投资者以及政府的信心。
2月13日，通用汽车宣布在北美召回78万辆点火开关故障汽车，涉及车型包括雪佛
兰Cobalt和庞蒂亚克G5。然而随后因被指出更多车型仍存在相同隐患，加上NHTSA的介
