50多个花季孩子也用他们的表现证明了这一点：目前该班54个学生中，31个获清华大学
保送资格，15个获北京大学保送资格，余下的8个学生也分别获得了上海交大和复旦大
学的保送资格。继去年4个“竞赛男”联手打造“最牛寝室”后，今年又出现了一个“
最牛班级”。
[最牛的秘诀]
良好环境、脚踏实地最关键
“最牛班级”的54名成员，性别“一边倒”，由49个男生和5个女生组成。他们基本上
都是因学科竞赛和创新大赛中的优异表现而被名牌高校相中的。
许多人认为，这些“牛班”里的“牛人”应该都是聪明绝顶的天才，读书对他们来讲犹
如探囊取物般容易。实际上，成就“最牛班级”的秘诀除了天资聪明外，良好的学习“
小环境”和脚踏实地学习更为关键。
“我坚持认真地上好每节课，记好每一次笔记，这相当于老师帮助你把厚厚的教科书变
薄了。”何笑添是“最牛班级”的劳动委员，一当就是三年。选择苦差事，是他认为自
己应该踏踏实实地做好每件事。因为在数学竞赛中的出色表现，他已经获得清华大学的
保送资格。
