school system (10/10 on www.greatschool.net). cul-de-sac . list price $599k
. Zillow上$582k. Assessment price $565k. My buyer agent said they already
got 2 offer. Do not know how much those two offer. But the seller did
not accept both and counter offer to $595k. My agent said the seller's
bottom line is probably around $585k. How much is a reasonable amount for me
