, 2.75%。当时想的是5年内可能换房,所以没选30 year fixed。现在估计不会换了。
请问是不是应该尽快refinance成30年fixed?还是再等两年?
另外,目前的outstanding balance是48万多。$453K以下的conforming loan rate比借
48万的rate要低0.125%,每个月少200刀左右。请问refinance的时候应该维持现在的
loan amount还是加3万现金把loan降到$453K?

发帖数: 1 | 13 现在利率在上涨阶段,可以等一等,先把已经拿到手的5年ARM的低利率的既得利益拿满
,即等到2019或者2020年左右再做refinance (前提是那个时候利率不会比现在还要高)
当然,如果实在担心利率会一直涨下去,也可以现在就规避风险,一劳永逸的换成30-
yr fixed(趁现在还不至于高的离谱),如果做refinance的话,我会降到$453K,拿到
最好利率。
