you should plan your workout base on your ability of recovery. Normally I
would suggest at most 4days a week for muscle hypertrophy. 2days on 1day off
and rest on Sunday.

MEDICAL FIELD，一帮考友组织了一个学习小组SKYPE开会，她可能觉得我讲解的还不
错，就开始勾我，把自己描绘得多么重感情“难怕你现在没什么钱，我们两个人可以一
起奋斗，BLABLA”，可笑的是我竟然信了，在我飞NEW YORK前，学习小组的所有其他
成员都劝我不要去，他们见过那女的相片后都劝我不要去，我还是轻信了骗子的谎言，
具体细节不提了，我们学习小组的女生参加了NY医版版聚，后来她们告诉我看到那女在

UW SIM 1 (5days ago) 253
NBME 正确率（75%-85%）。还有Form 11/13，Kaplan SIM 1/2, UW SIM 2没做。
