親愛的朋友，當我們在爲給孩子買什麽式樣的玩具和何種口味的點心而煩惱的時候，當我
們在爲給孩子們上什麽樣的補充課程而焦慮的時候，在中國大陸，每年仍有數以百萬計的
孩子帶著眼淚離開學校，失去接受最基本教育的權利和希望。他們大多處於偏遠省份經濟
不發達的山區和農村；土地貧瘠、交通資訊條件極爲落後及大衆教育程度普遍低下等諸多
不利因素大大制約了當地經濟之發展。他們的父母終日操勞，也僅能勉強謀得家庭溫飽﹔
對子女之教育求學，縱使有心，實爲無力。

我最近负责一个project，今天（礼拜六）上production。
组里面都是老中老印
只有一个美国born女生
刚进组几个月
coding不行，给她分一点点task也总是拖拖拉拉完不成，耽误进度
我只好安排她写manual
给她schedule了两个礼拜，让她上礼拜四5pm交上来
我打算礼拜五看看，就放到production里。
结果拖到昨天下午才交上来
我随便翻了两页，就发现有十几个语法错误，居然还有typo
比如“than”统统写成“then” fuck！
气的我当场就发飙了
冲到她cubicle让她滚
人居然脸不红心不跳，看都没看我一眼，把公司磁卡往桌上一扔，
走了
昨天忙了一通宵改manual，改得差不多了
才泡杯咖啡歇口气查email，看到这个女生临晨2-3点给我发了个email
我以为是她是要公司把她的私人东西寄给她
结果打开一看，是道歉，想回公司，蛮诚恳的。
其实我也是因为这几天每天14-5个小时连轴转，脾气不好。
平时我很少对年轻人发飙的。
还有一个原因，这个女生是公司CEO的远亲。

补充几点个人看法，希望能抛砖引玉。
5pm受到炮击，两个小时后就能全面进攻。说明美韩联军在炮击之前
早就进入战争状态。炮击不过美韩方面等待的甚至是炮制的借口。
不是美国每次海外军事行动都有安理会授权，但是美国每次都试图得到
安理会授权。美国的最终目的是推广他推崇的国际秩序，不是铲除邪恶政
权。你的方案忘了没有安理会作秀的部分，直接斩首行动了。本末倒置。
导弹发射井是战略核弹用的，朝鲜应该还没有进化到这个阶段。
你完全没有考虑到俄罗斯的作用，俄罗斯在朝鲜问题上不像美国媒体上看到的
那么无足轻重，最好还是提一下。
中国有可能拒绝金家的避难申请。理由随便拉一个就是，但是不可能
是“不干涉别国内政”。美军都介入了，毛个内政啊？ |
