turn, but, at least for me, I don't think A10s, A9s deserve 3.5xBB right
after BB. The hands good to raise 3.5xbb right after BB MUST BE very strong,
especially it is a cash game, not a tourament. |

number, like 888, 222, 2314, etc. i do this sometimes too.
pre-flop, i give it less value, just a common way to disguise/randomize your
"normal" bet ranges, or textbook-like 3.5xBB with XX hand.
post-flop towards the end, i give it more value or take it as an alert. my
immature (lol) theory behind this is:
1) the player is playing his hand in a relatively relaxed mood, and has the
"extra" attention to "make some fun" with t |

5xBB is pretty big from here already for a normal (not too loose) table.
after all, you want one or two callers for profit with your AA (not just
collecting blinds), 10xBB is just too much. anything in between won't make a
diff. if ppl are loose. |

anaheim714 has raised this 3.5xBB shit 2 times in 3 hands from EP and we're
at early stage, so i don't really give him too much respect(whew, got lucky
later vs. him). your smooth call confuses me somehow. i guess i'm ahead but
try to be safe without shoving.
after 1snake_eyes1's shove, i guess i'm not even close to a coin flip
against any PP, with either of you two possibly folding one or more of my |

24+2那个tounament, AQ 被Q9 river了， 前面还有一个5+0.5的90人的SNG, 我early position bet 2xbb with77, button raised to 5xbb, I called, flop 347, I checked, button bet pot 11bb, I called, turn Q, button all in 30bb, I called. Button showed KK, then another K came at river!

发帖数: 490 | 15 I don't like the idea of limping in unopened pots. Unless you want to limp
and reraise. If you limp, your range is so transparent. It's standard for
later position to raise 4-5xbb to isolate you. Now you have to actually pay
more to see the flop if you raised yourself. Most time, you probably gonna
fold to a flop Cbet. It's just -EV play. Even you make a set, it's pretty
hard to stack a good player out of position. |

The only cards he can beat you are pocket 99 or 1010
Why i don't think he had 99/1010? because he did not bet on the flop 276!
If he had 99/1010 he should bet right there.
There are way too many chances to beat his 99 or 1010 after flop since two
ppl called his 3.5x BB. Any J, Q, K, A would kill him. Even JJ/QQ should
bet on the flop given two ppl called his 3.5xBB.
