both J1 visa.
This dealer also offer 0 APR for 3years for 2011 RAV4.

我的车是这个配置:Toyota rav4 AWD+upgraded value package+rearview display,
MSRP 26480, dealer final OTD 24771,(after 1000 new grad rebate), 还可以自己
和toyota要750 edmunds rebate, (24019, 我最后付的钱),本来口头说好是0 APR for
3 years, 0.9 APR for 5 years, 但没有白字黑字.昨天晚上填了toyota finance
application, no results last night.
因为要现提车,所以今天过去谈准备交deposit,顺便说fianance, 结果就是出来问题
了, 变成24771 otd 3-5year 3.1%, or 25771 otd 0.9%, 如果从了前者要多交1200
interests.就算一年付清,也要500 interest. 我和他说,我不满意,要考虑考虑.而且

0 down pay 2.79% APR for 72 month，相当于6年付3k左右的interest
买的车没有任何package，budget 有限，不过车本身有auto dimm light和blue
tooth，power driver seat.这些比较有用，唯一是希望有个rear view camera。女生
第一次开大车，不适应，倒车/停车没有距离感，感觉车屁股完全看不见到哪里了。但

给的是platinum warranty， 100 deduction/visit的全保。
打电话过去，对方offer了3800 full payment 4years/100000mile
被告知太贵不想买后，他们就不停的将我的电话转给其他人，不停给我offer deal。
最终一个finance manager跟我说，一次性付清2900，我将得到5years/100000mile的全
保。（除了brake pad 和 maintenance）
请问这个值得买么？？
PS，我要是开的BMW，不会买warranty的，实在是对于Jeep的做工不是很有信心 |

关于热心朋友为我推荐的那个chryslerwarranty网站，的确要比dealer的便宜，但是，
他们所谓的5years是包含了原有的3年bumper to bumper factory warranty，实际上只
有2年保。
而dealer卖的platinum warranty是additional的5 year。 这就是价格的区别。
最终还是没有买warranty，就相信jeep一回吧，希望接下来的日子，不要出现小毛病。

后来在email里跟大约7.8家dealer谈了很久价格，感觉现在的dealer已经基本不会在
email里报很低的价了。周四晚上去了家报最低价格的dealer，TDI sport, $7000 off
+ 0% finance，结果去了之后被floor manager和store manager轮番轰炸，说车里有
lojack要charge $1195,我们还必须买Gap Insurance $795，如果我们不买这些他们就
会lose一千多块之类，谈判未果我跟LG很气的离开了。
周五晚上下班去了另外一家email里没有联系过的，这家只有TDI Lux，因为前一天晚上
的经验和之前收到很多dealer都说$7000+0%根本不可能，所以我们就一口咬定在$6200
off + 0% finance上，sales来回了几次让我们help him out，我们随口开玩笑般的加
了10块 ($6190)，最后就以这个价格成交了

只要是排名，就一定要有个标准，不管是IF，5year IF，还是eigenfactor，至少都
是有个量化的标准。
我建议就按照JCR按照上述标准列个表。当然对上述标准来说，就算是同一个专业，
不同方向差别也会很大。但是还是可以按照方向细分，所以说有个量化的标准。
或者就用澳大利亚的那个ABCD分类。我今天去查了查才发现我们系里就是用这个
澳大利亚分类来评价杂志好坏，大体也差不了太多。至少我熟知的几个数学牛杂志
都是A＊。 |

清楚，如果roth 自己的contribution的话，连5year 的rule 都不用，看来我的理解有
错误的地方，但是也得怪irs 简单的rule 写的太复杂，而且没有写清楚，都是第三方
的解释
