$1100/month July and August sublet (7,8 月转租, 1室 1卫 $1100/月+水费$60)
Water around $60 per month, you pay electricity, etc.
My lease ends at Aut 31st. you have to move out on 30th so I can clean the
apartment on 31st, if you want to continue the lease, we can discuss it with
landload. You
have option sign lease, we will see if landlord will have any incentives.
