机会均等的平摊这些write cycle，实际上可能只有几十GB的free space承受所有的数
据写入，因为OS+Program占据的cell就不会再被写入了。所以这几十GB的flash cell会
磨损很快，导致TLC的实际使用寿命大大短于你这个文章里面类推（错误的假设write
cycle 会平摊到所有的flash cell上面）得出的结论.

今天，OCZ正式发布了上周曾在CES上展出的新中端固态硬盘产品Apex系列，首次使用了
内部RAID技术，以期实现廉价高性能的目标。
众所周知，RAID 0磁盘阵列能够成倍提高读写性能。而Apex系列固态硬盘就首先将其内
部的闪存分成两部分，再以RAID 0阵列的形式组合使用。加上新版的闪存控制器技术，
让OCZ能够使用廉价低速的MLC闪存颗粒，实现230MB/s的持续读取速度和160MB/s的写入
速度。Apex系列硬盘容量有60GB、120GB、250GB三种，读写延迟0.2到0.3ms，平均无故
障工作时间150万小时，2.5寸标准规格重 77g。OCZ公布的建议零售价为60GB 199.99美
元，120GB 369.99美元，250GB 829.99美元。
Apex系列只是OCZ新固态硬盘产品线中的中端型号，定位高于Solid系列，但比Vertex系

美光Crucial：0.82% (去年0.8%)
Intel：1.73% (去年0.1%)
海盗船Corsair：2.93% (去年2.9%)
OCZ：7.03% (去年4.2%)
美光Crucial系列表现最好，Intel排名第二，但是与去年0.1%的结果相比今年的返修
率大幅升至1.73%，主要还是去年8M门的影响，OCZ排名最后，相比去年的4.2%增加到7.
