么处理？
我是在国内拿的博士学位。
一个是成绩单，要求国内学校直接把成绩单邮到这边international office，感觉国内
学校一般都没有这个服务吧。上次申请waiver时办理跟国内没有未结关系的证明，都左
右找人花了老大工夫。
另一个是要求找相关机构资格认证一下获得的博士学位，证明与美国academic system
同等。
有没有人处理过这些材料，请指点一下。先谢谢了。
