citation > 300, ~ 2/3 from non-1st author papers
review ~ 4, 1 session chair at a random conference
recommendation 5, graduate school advisor is Academy Member and currently a
Director in DC (我觉得我一定是沾了他的光), one top school (diff from mine)
dept chair, one Canada chair prof, one Europe prof (independent), and one
Chinese Academy member.

2. 现在 TSC Eb1b 140／485/765同时交的。RD：7/17。
3. EAD已经approve了。140 和 485还没动静。140前面几个不少都批了，不知道是不是
pp。
有点犹豫要不要pp。
还有这个recapture好不好操作？

That's not exact reason caused backlog, There are multiple reasons for
backlog.Up until 2004 April, GC are 100k and equal to incoming H1's almost.
1.That time Bush govt has cut number of employment H1's to 65k. This should

那必须满足其中一条
1)前雇主不撤回已批准I-140
2)新雇主替你交的新I-140已经批准
3）新雇主替你交的PERM/I-140已经pending > 1yr
如果你只要新的PERM保留PD那没问题，旧雇主爱咋咋，如你所说只要申请过程中没有违
法的事情，或者USCIS重新发现了已批准申请中的问题（没听说过他们有吃这么空）。 |

为什么要买Routan?
正像我跟大多数团员们交流的，我并不是必须要买这个车，主要是cover一些risk,这个
等过一两月，希望有机会被证实。 然后就是被toyota dealer激怒，本想买个sienna
LE就得了，谁知对于老客户，他们居然牛的不得了，没有一点讲价的余地，不可能低于
invoice，不买就走人。这时候又赶上Routan促销，算了下cost/performance比，比其
他车划算的太多了，于是决定弃高可靠性（其实Sienna也是美国组装的，说高可靠性有
点言过其实了），取高性价比。

Shopped around, price for extended warranty varies. This was several years
ago cannot remember exact amount but costed me around $900 to extend the
warranty to 100kmile/6yrs whichever comes first. For me, it worth the money.
Got the brake rotor replaced (if no warranty, it would cost $900+ to
replace the rotor alone at the dealer), 2 more yrs free oil change (each
