return saying the product is defective. I wrote back immediately saying it
can only be returned in 30 days. After that, I did not get any email from
amazon. I even wrote back to amazon asking for help , but no any answer from
amazon. My home page of the seller account did not show an AtoZ claim
either. So I thought the buyer just took it.
Today I got email from amazon saying the AtoZ claim is finalized and all the

BTW,
Microbe, can you reduce the ban range to 30 days.?
I am the one who is banned for 70days.
both parties complained, but no one takes care of it.
