属于皇后区Elmhurst，位置非常好，75th st， between 41th Ave and woodside ave.
距离74th st/roosevelt ave地铁站走路2，3分钟，这里是queens的交通枢纽，所有的
地铁（E，F，R，M，7）都停，EF是快车。到曼哈顿15分钟，flushing也差不多15分钟
。当然Bus也有很多。
去JFK机场直接坐E车换airtrain，去laGuardia机场的话有bus直达。打车的话8块钱。
周围一切都有，中外超市，便利店，洗衣房，餐馆，理发都很方便。
房间，客厅，厨房都很大。这个区域和房间都很安静。
另外一个屋住的是一位年轻工作女性，早出晚归，非常安静。招租的房间男女不限。
5月第二个星期可以入住。租金是600块每月+一半的utility。一共差不多650.
没有lease，可以一个月一个月的住，要是走的话提前一个月打招呼。

LaGuardia (LGA) 机场：
地理：位于Queens，离Manhattan距离最近。
交通：公共交通，可以坐地铁4，5号线去125th St，然后转M60公交车，或者地铁N，W
去Astoria Blvd Station，然后转M60，或者坐E，F，R，V，7地铁去Roosevelt 74th
St，然后转M33公交车。Grand Central也有Express Bus去LGA。
从Manhattan Midtown 出租车大约20~25，从downtown大约30~35，不包括消费和tolls.
走Williamsburg Bridge 和 Queensboro Bridge 不需要交toll。
唯一的限制是从这里起飞或者降落的航班不能飞超过1500Mile的旅程，所以大多数国际
航班（加拿大除外）和西海岸航班不会在LGA。
JFK (JFK) 机场：
地理：Queens的东南角，离Manhattan比较远。
交通：公共交通，可以坐地铁E，J，Z号线去SUTPHIN BLVD-ARCHE |

Square，转M42 Bus坐到倒数第二站好像。11 Ave还是12 Ave啊？反正快看到海了。走
过去一点点就到了。或者上了M42问司机哪站下吧。

注意看一下，那边有一些家具店。
从Elmhurst到Flushing，先坐地铁M车到74th Street-Broadway/Jackson Hts-
Roosevelt站换7号车，坐往Main Street也就是7号车最后一站就行。大部分家具行在
Main Street往Northern Blvd的方向上。

Blvd to Elmhurst. Not only the biggest subway/bus station, but it's the
joint of several big aves in queens as well. Also there are couple of
different races residental area.
Some blocks are ok, others are not. There are a lot of strip clubs on
Roosevelt Ave close to 74th st. |

Try this, take the bus to Port Authority, switch to E train towards Queens.
Get off at Sutphin Boulevard/Archer Avenue for the AirTrain to JFK.
From Laguardia,take the Q33 to 74th Street & Broadway. Switch to the E
train back to Manhattan and stops at 42nd Street & 8th Ave for Port
Authority bus back to Livingston.
You can also try the shuttle service from mid-town:
