发帖数: 528 | 46 第一次买房， 主要是自己看， 暂时没找中介， 因为只能周末看， 自己反正也能联系
listing agent, 感觉他们似乎更欢迎自己看房。 看了有一阵子， 这个区域（
herricks, williston park, alberston）的好一点的房子都在80，90万以上， 超过预
算，所以主要看的是60，70万的， 便宜一点的很多都是CAPE，或者是殖民式的但是房
间结构不好或者有个房子特别小。 好不容易周末看到一个殖民式的大一点房子，开价
75万，约了看聊一下， 整体感觉还行， 房间结构还行，厨房卫生间装修过， 地板比
较旧点，有些吱嘎吱嘎，但凑合能用， basement 是unfinished的。 地8000，但前面
比较大，房子建于40年代，算老房子，不过是砖房。 75万感觉价格有些高， 特别是回
来后网上查到对门的很类似的房子也最近pending， 开价只有66万8，当然对面的房子
