1. Should I bind each of I-485, I-131, I-765 for me and my husband
separately? So, there will be 6 binders in all? Or just use 6 金属夹子to
clip documents together?
2. Can I put both of ours application documents in one envelope? Or we need
two separate envelope ad we should do two separate mailing?

我的485还在acceptance状态...晕。765倒是在initial review
现在有个新工作等着我去，只想着先用EAD卡工作着，但这个EAD卡也给我办了俩月没消
息，真是急人
我看TSC的485处理时间是8个月，765是3个月，请问真的需要那么久么 |

上个月刚寄出的I-485申请，之前我收到了I-485的receipt notice，但是I-131和I-765
的receipt notice一直没收到，最近才查到是被退回USCIS了，说是could not
delivery（很明显这个不是地址错误的问题，因为我485的notice收到了）。后来我按
指纹的notice也没收到，但是我律师收到了，所以我就拿着复印的notice去walk in按
了指纹。
但是问题是，我现在每次在USCIS的mycasestatus网页输入receipt number查询131和
765的进展的时候，上面的状态还一直是显示的notice没deliver，然后是“This could
have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to
request a copy of the notice immediately. ”难道不request一个re-delivery这

动挂。就好像concurrent申140和485一样，虽然是两个不同的申请，但是140一挂485自
动挂吗。主副本来不同步就很正常，是你交的

可是等到晚上

checklist 交了好多材料，什么I20，结婚证，Pay Stubs etc.
Renew 765/131的时候应该就交申请表，之前765/131 combo卡的复印件含I-797C，顶多
在加个485的receipt就行了吧？

I-765？在同样的表格里提交I-130说日期没到不让查。然而AP/EAD 已经RD之后整90天

超过85天，于是打了Uscis客服电话，提交了sr。刚才收到email回复说，我的765 case
在“extended review”，以前在版上只是看到过背景调查有extended review，还没见
过765工卡申请有这种extended review．不知道这是不是只是一种模板的回复，还是真
是哪里需要额外调查，本人过去没有任何不良记录啊， 哪位有经验的伙伴可以解惑一
下呢？因为LG急着用工卡，我该怎么催呢，
1.是需要找议员吗？
2. 当年申OPT 工卡时知道可以加急，不知道现在还可否给移民局FAX申请加急不呢？
3. 现在还有没有那种临时工卡呢，就是审理超过90天的话，还可不可以去local
office申请那种interim card呢？

765没有指纹。虽然版上很多不用指纹就拿到EAD的，有的部门需要打指纹的照片才能办
EAD。 我猜一般来说485和765、131的指纹能共用的，但是有的officer可能疏忽没有把
