昨天得到版友的指点后，我查阅了一下德州的法律，发现有可能摆脱这个ticket。现将
法律条文和我打算运用的理由陈述如下，希望再次得到各位的指点，评价一下我的理由

再次描述一下当时的情形：
我自I10下来刚转到US90/US183 hwy上不久后，一路两边都是荒野，没有住宅，一辆警
车迎面开过，掉头跟了我一段路，直到附近有住宅商铺可以停车后，在路边停下，说我

实际上， 我原来也和Jewish girl 有过交往。
当年，俺在Harvard Summer School 上课时， 报名参加ballroom dance, 和一Cornell
的brunette Jewish girl 来了回电。
我们当时还跑到Charles River 上的 Bridge 上练习跳舞（那个去Allston's Harvard
Business School的前一个，人很少的桥），俩人脑袋上各带一个walkman, 插耳机（必
须同时开机）。。。。超级浪漫。。。
整个夏天跑遍了Boston 的ballroom dance party. 我还记得她说她家住纽约的上东城
， e. 76th st, etc. 后来暑假结束， 她要回Cornell, 就不了了之了。。。
小丫头不错， super sweet and intelligent.
当时，我们都挺小的， 她好像是sophomore。。

南翔小笼包: label price $3.59; actual price $4.59
King mushroom: label price $2.29; actual price $3.29
Please be careful with your next purchase there! I would not visit the Asian Food Mart any more.

共交通。
房子情况：3室1.5卫，end unit，3楼。新装修过，墙也是新刷的，厨房里的微波炉，
灶都很新。窗子很大很敞亮。厨房里柜子的空间和房间里壁橱的空间很多。另外还有一
个独立的storage room。有中央空调，洗碗机。
小区情况：24/7的免费健身房，烧烤架子和野餐桌子，residential club等。小区的学
区属于westside/district66，10分的小学。小区维护得很好，有专人维护修理。
转租情况：转租的时间从7月1日到10月31日四个月。10月31日之后，还可以续约，每月
，6个月，一年都行。房租我们现在付$955，其中包括除了电费之外的所有utility费用
。转租的租金是$855，一直到10月31日为止。

区就到了，2分钟的路吧。这个场地是forest hills附近最好的一个了，靠着LIRR。
