redfin上用78750和78759搜，看看在市场上的房子和最近一年内成交的房子，你就心里
有数了。需要注意的是用这两个zipcode搜出来的房子，有些是Austin ISD的。这两个
邮编，你要看小学是Spicewood/Laurel Mountain，高中是Westwood的房子。还有不知
78726的Canyon Creek小区离你们上班有多远，那边房子便宜一些。貌似中国人也还挺
多的。小学是Canyon Creek （10分），高中是Westwood，初中是Noel Grisham （8分
）。多问问住在西北片的同事吧。 |

很适合朋友聚餐，好吃，人均20以内，风格很像中国大排档，当然他们做的卫生状况和
中国排档还是有很大差别的，竞争还有个CAMERA对着切肉的地方。很有意思。

寓旁边不远就
是一家Montessori幼儿园，Montessori的对面是一家中国人办的幼儿园。
78759这个区跨了两个学区，从Arboretum往西北一点有很多公寓，新一点的一般1br要
800，旧一点
的只要500就能搞定。其实我觉得spicewood springs apartment不错，我一开始就住在
那里，
1br 550，里面有两个游泳池，gym，网球场，条件还不错，而且学校好，小学中学高中
都是austin数
得上的好学校，旁边就是图书馆，对面不远就是亚洲超市，离183很近，到arboretum不
过10分钟，就
是那个公寓有点旧，不过它旁边就是一个新一点的，价钱也贵一点。
再有就是far west那边也不错，UT学生多，公寓也很便宜，到哪里都方便，到
Arboretum不过5分
