get much lower price for you. My house was listed for 799K when we first
saw it. We love it and want to put down an offer. My agent told us, it is
overpriced and let wait. The seller really dropped to price to 759K after
one month, and we got it for 730K. We did not tell our agent that the
initial offer we could put down is 740K when we first saw it. |

么这么火，暑假我看都是低于listing price 卖掉的。
不知是不是高于80万还要，还是等一等？我也不急。但就怕明年更贵。 |

发帖数: 121 | 6 多谢楼上各位回帖。更新一下昨天的戏剧性变化：
我们第一个offer（A),买主撤出了。卖主中介说我们要出listing价（$550K)就给我们,
之前他的counter offer 要$560K。我们看了另一个买主的inspection report, roof
replacing bid, heat/air bid and wood pest report 之后，觉得更想压价了，因为
这是一个sold as-is (前房主约一年前过世，他的trust bank是卖主） 。可是我们的
中介说我们的新价格 $538K “won't fly"。附近一个move-in condition 的list在$
625K刚pending,不过我们offer 的这个lot是其它房子的2倍，back yard 里还有一个后
花园，这也是我们看上她的主要原因之一。
第二个offer(B)的卖主（也是老人过世，5个儿女在卖）回复我们说如果我们从$655K涨
到$680K (listing 从半年前的$799K降到$699K）就卖给我们。
现在突然两个又都available了，大家有没有新建议？

Moving in condition----updated 4 beds 2.5 bath colonial house.
Finished basement, hardwood all through, very quite dead end street, no
traffic
through at all.
Best school system--- Millburn High, Glenwood elementary school.
convenient living--- Mins to train station, downtown, fitness center, dining
and high way.

后还都是商业区。
80万的budget，要买小黑屋不妨考虑chatham，至少地段好一点，房子状况也会好一点。 |

前几天上市的一个94086的3Bedroom 1.5bath的SFH, 面积1144sqft，Lot 5500sqft，
再加一个无permit ~300sqft 平顶简陋bonus family room.
要价799K, 竟然收到15个offer, 最高的加到880K， 真是疯了。 |

谁说都白搭，两个月以后就知道你出低了还是出高了。
Lynbrook 一个800+ sqft 的房子（Lot 大）上市价 799K， 共收34 Offer，其中Cash
多过十个，价Bid 超过了 1 米。 |
