还有一个full size床垫和fundation，新买时价格也就$650左右（包括垫子和base）。
考虑两种方法，同时求这两种方法相应的搬家公司及初步价格：
1。 听说光搬12个箱子可以用Van service，自己搬上车，让司机给拉到目的地。有什
么靠谱的公司电话推荐？大约多少价格？
2。 如果要搬full size床垫和fundation，外加12个纸箱子。是不是只能用大的搬家卡
车？什么搬家公司比较好？ 大约价格是多少？ （如果比方法一贵很多，就只能扔床垫
，买新的了）
两地距离很近，7迈左右。不需要搬别的家具。

寻找oak creek west fork trail
maple，black oak用他们燃烧的生命点亮了这里
越往深处，色彩越发浓重
这里秋叶颜色的丰富，甚至不输于新英格兰和加拿大
不过是来回7MILE的小道，很快就到了头，
但是如果你有准备，还有惊喜在前面，
这是类似zion公元的一个narrows.

附近的prescott也可以逛逛

另外， 在山上可以合法带枪吗， 晚上爬山总觉得会有狼和山狮。 当然最害怕的是对
面走个人影来， 但不打手电筒， 老以为是动物。 |

地点简介：
Golden Gate National Recreation Area位于金门大桥以北的10 miles
左右。这是一条紧贴着海边的hiking trail，如果天气好的话（天气预
报说本周六是晴天），可以看到一望无际的碧海蓝天，hiking trail的
尽头还可以直接下到一段偏僻的海滩（Tennessee Cove）（我们到
了这段海滩后会适当休息然后再原路返回）。整个往返路线的hiking
长度是7miles，总起伏1800feet（比爬Mission Peak略容易一点），
不是什么特别难的路线，所以绝大多数的同学都可以完成。算上在海
滩逗留的时间，估计全部下来需要4个小时。
天气预报：周六最高温度在77度左右，晴天。

但是起码该看的都看了.看看我们走马观花的行程吧
Day 1： 晚上1030到达盐湖城，拿车接着往salt flat开。大概开了2个小时，一路75的
speed limit所以开起来很爽。晚上入住Wendover UT的motel 6 (by the way they
didn’t leave the light on for us and they charge 1.25 for shampoo! 但是一晚
才40刀所以也就不计较了)。 Wendover是在UT和NV的界上所以周围有很多大酒店。因为
朋友当天从北京到旧金山所以不敢订下午三点飞盐湖的飞机。
Day 2：早上起床吃了个麦当劳就去了Bonneville salt flat，如果是晴天的话非常美
。周围照相看看了。有两位兄弟把自己的4x4 truck开到盐漠里结果车轮陷下去一半。
所以大家千万不要把车开下去除非你100% sure可以。照相周围看了看大概也就20分钟

盐湖的飞机怕万一晚点，接下来就只有晚上740pm的了。到了拿车接着往salt flat开。
大概开了2个小时，一路75的speed limit所以开起来很爽。晚上入住Wendover UT的
motel 6 (by the way they didn’t leave the light on for us and they charge 1
.25 for shampoo! 但是一晚才40刀所以也就不计较了)。 Wendover是在UT和NV的界上
所以周围有很多大酒店。
Day 2：早上起床吃了个麦当劳就去了Bonneville salt flat，如果是晴天的话非常美
。周围照相看看了。有两位兄弟把自己的4x4 truck开到盐漠里结果车轮陷下去一半。
所以大家千万不要把车开下去除非你100% sure可以。照相周围看了看大概也就20分钟
