－8门课程考试不及格，或者出勤率不足80%，这样的学生即将要被学校勒令要么7天内
参加听证会说明其原因，或者接受被学校开除的决定。由于大部分这样的学生主要原因
都是学习能力问题，或者是个人一些因素，所以这样的签证被学校报移民局后，面临的
就是移民局直接取消签证。除非申请人可以提供出受到不可抗力和令人同情的因素影响
的可靠证据。澳大利亚留学网专家提醒，澳洲移民局对留学生的法律是非常严格的，如
果第一学期出现严重的成绩危机，其实就应该考虑更换一个学校或者课程了。另外申请
人在出国之前就要想清楚自己究竟适合读什么课程和专业。
学生签证条件设有两条铁规
澳洲移民部为了规范留学市场，避免出现澳洲移民留学的目的不是为了学习，比如来非
法打工等情况的发生，特意在学生签证条件里设置了8202这个条款，即如果签证持有人
，不是政府资助学生，则必须满足两个方面：一、必须参与课程80%以上(即出勤率不能
低于80%)；二、所取得的成绩必须让学校(education provider)满意。

curry就能得三分似的。事实怎样呢？
我们看看平均每次投篮的得分数，就是说每个赛季的总得分除以总出手数。我们就比帮
主和curry的头7个赛季，因为到目前为止curry只打了7个赛季。
常规赛：（帮主 1984-1991，curry 2009-2016）
帮主：16596分/11826次投篮 = 1.403 (最高在第5赛季，2633/1795 = 1.467）
curry: 11089分/8202次投篮 = 1.352 (最高在今年，2375/1598 = 1.486）
季后赛：（帮主 1984-1990，curry 2009-2015）
帮主：1896分/1333次投篮 = 1.422 (最高在第5赛季，591/390 = 1.515）
