LZ觉得今年EB3绿了多少了？ 2012以后没绿的EB3大概还有多少？ 可以先忽略还没降
级的EB2，因为4个月了，基本能降的都降了。
噢本不也是说今年要一点点来，希望最后用光，而不是大进然后大退吗？ 如果是一点
点绿，那现在也才4个月，顶多用掉一年30% - 40%的量。 据我观察，似乎前3个月10-
12月份，EB23都批的不多，本月似乎还可以。 那就假设4个月一共用掉33%， 剩下67%
x2500 = 1675。
根据2016.10 inventory, EB3 2011以后还有大概750左右，假设这个时间降级的EB3也
有750， 2016.10到2017.1，这个时间假设绿了33%x2500=833，所以总共没绿的EB3
750x2 - 833=667
PD 2013.10 - 2014.5.1 7个月，假设原装EB3 90x7 = 630, 而降级的EB3假设和原装接
近，630.

银行和其他公司不一样，银行有政府部门的监管。就破产而言，对银行来说，其核心资本率与总资本率是两项致命的数据，远比负债率更重要，jpm,bac,wfc 的debt/eq也很高。如果这2个数据低于政府部门的要求，这个银行会被政府强制关闭。

随着调控政策的颁布实施，全民似乎就在等待这个问题的答案。而随着时间进入3月，
这份心情更加地焦灼起来。
根据中国国家统计局3月11日公布的数字，1-2月，中国商品房销售面积7155万平方米，
同比增长38.2%，增幅比去年全年回落3.9个百分点。2010年2月份，中国70个大中城市
房屋销售价格同比上涨10.7%，涨幅比1月份扩大1.2个百分点；环比上涨0.9%，涨幅比1
月份缩小0.4个百分点。新建住宅销售价格同比上涨 13.0%，涨幅比1月份扩大1.7个百
分点；环比上涨1.3%，涨幅比1月份缩小0.4个百分点。
从数字上看，今年的房价和去年同期相比，有了超过10%的增幅，销售量也比去年同期
大不少。但是去年一二月差不多是楼市见底的时期，量价都在谷底。而从环比数据上来
看，今年一二月局势是销量下跌，价格微涨。
非官方的数字让人更加焦灼一些。根据焦点网的统计数据，3月1日-3月7日，北京市商
品期房成交833套，环比前一周上涨11.51%，现房商品住宅成交218套，环比前一周减少

近日读了一些“反思”的博文，不由得也想发些议论。人各有所思，各有所想，权当是
一种发泄吧。
现代人提起长城都习惯说那是中华民族的骄傲、世界第7大奇迹……，一通赞美之词，
决不怜惜。为保护这世界文化遗产，联合国给发了“世遗”的牌牌，国家专门立了法，
还成立了专门的保护协会，等等，不一而足。可以说没人对此提出什么反对意见，发什
么非议。即便有些不同意见，也会被海潮般的口水淹没。
可在讲述历史时，说到修长城的始作俑者——秦始皇，这可是其暴政之一。绝对的。不
是有人还编出个夫妻相差几百年的孟姜女哭长城的故事吗。实实在在的是，几十万民工
用极原始的生产工具、有些是在极险恶的地质、自然环境下，创造出了这个人工奇迹的
伟大工程。但这对那个时代的民工，以及后来的汉及至明长城的建造者们来说，从事它
都是一场苦难与恶梦。后世对它怎样的赞美与褒扬，与他们的生命所经历的都无意义了
——他们为之付出血汗以致生命，即便不死，有生之年也不会得知它会有永恒、久远的
美誉。换个角度讲，就是这个伟大的工程、世间奇迹是用建造者的生命为代价创造的。

记者经过深入调查发现，家乐福上海20家门店6000多名一线职工的收入长期徘徊在
全市最低工资线。数据显示，从1998年至今，家乐福上海职工的实际月收入增长了不到
50元，而这期间上海的最低工资翻了3.45倍，上海人均GDP至少翻了3.09倍。
可见，家乐福职工的工资表面上看似“原地踏步”，实际却在“逐年退步”。
然而，令人遗憾的是，这家每年都在迅速扩张的超级零售企业，这家来自崇尚“自
由、平等、博爱”又高度重视劳动者权益国家的世界500强企业，却一再拒绝企业工会
提出的工资集体协商的要求。
而且，更加令人遗憾的是，目前没有一条刚性的法律条款可以把家乐福老板拉回到
谈判桌前，来进行劳资间理性的集体工资协商。
雪，一片片从空中落下。
这在普通人眼中或是美景，但在不少人大代表和政协委员看来，大雪对上海这个特
大型城市来说是一场别样的考验。
