一、商务部公开“三公经费”的范围
根据预算管理有关规定，商务部部门预算中使用财政拨款开支因公出国（境）费、
公务用车购置及运行费和公务接待费（以下简称“三公经费”）的单位包括商务部本级
及所属研究院、许可证局和经济合作局等3家财政拨款事业单位。
二、商务部“三公经费”2010年财政拨款支出情况
2010年，商务部“三公经费”财政拨款支出6171.41万元，其中，因公出国（境）
费5798.39万元，公务用车购置及运行费264.49万元，公务接待费108.53万元（未含外
事接待费支出728.50万元）。上述支出数为通过当年财政拨款预算和以前年度财政拨款
结转结余资金安排的支出。具体如下：

其实我要求不高，基本配置Jetta S, 18500OTD,我就入手了。
dealer现在只能给到19,159.34OTD.
原话是 The invoice price is $17,846 on an automatic, and add a $500 profit
over that, for a selling price of $18,246 + tax and fees, for a total of $19
,159.34.
还信誓旦旦说， No one, nowhere, no way has anyone bought an automatic S for
$18K total. At our store, that would be selling it for $17,125.86 plus tax
and fees, which would be losing $720.14, and I can assure you that will not
happen.

里程数目前100K多一点，
刚刚换过刹车，去年底换了四个轮胎。
主要是carfax记录上有2个事故，1999和2000年有两个撞车事故，但似乎从salvage上看
，没有大事故。今天去试驾了，刹车还不错，老爷车的感觉，车的内饰一般，前镜起雾.
打开前盖，感觉电瓶是换过的，似乎有个用于发动机通风的管子也是换过的吧，我不懂，
第二个owner买了一年，之前有mechanich修过卖给她的。她都不知道之前出过事故。
大家给给意见，我就是用一年，明年还想卖掉。

车（加了door visors,不到$140）：$26,224
Documentation：$150
Tax：$1,846 (7%)
Registration+Title：$194
Discount in downpayment*：$250
OTD: $28,164
*这个Discount要求做financing，在downpayment里帮你付$250，但是没有prepayment
penalty，所以相当于$250 OTD的折扣。36个月的利率是0.9%，60个月的利率是1.9%
在有的帖子里看到有$750 rebate，但是问了这里的dealer，说没有
买前没有做足市场调研，跟dealer的manager谈了几个回合就签了，感觉应该只是个一
般的deal，给大家做个参考。dealer在Libertyville, IL
另外，也去了附近的一家Nissan，试了一辆Altima 2012 2.5S+SL package，有天窗和

但是后来发觉我很幸运罢了.
看了一个帖子, 退休老人, 20年没车祸, bodily injury 100/300K.
一天开高速爆胎, 4连撞, 其中一个最惨的是律师, 最后bodily injury 300k跟本不够
老人卖了房赔钱去了.....

发帖数: 357 | 27 LD 开车遇到了下图中的车祸（LD的车在图中是2号车,要右转的车）。LD的陈述是2号车
的右转灯是绿灯（由此推测对方 [1号车]的灯应当是红灯）。但对方（[1号车]）的陈
述是她的灯是黄灯。
在警察的事故报告里，对方 “Disregard Traffic Signal” 拿到了一张Ticket。 LD
是 ”No improper action.”
现在的问题是对方的保险公司拒绝赔偿。理由是LD也有错：他们认为LD 应当右转到图
中的1号道上，而不是图中的2号道上。他们的理由是Virginia traffic code 46.2-846
。 但我们认为他们给的州的交通法规的条款并不支持他们的观点 （我们在VA）。
下面将进入arbitration的阶段.
我们有几个问题：
1）这个arbitration会拖很长的时间吗？
2）我们可以直接跳过arbitration起诉对方吗？
3）我们应当找一个律师吗？这个事故没有人身伤亡的问题。我们的车的 bump 被刮破
了。要修估计会花几百块钱（也许会上千，我们还没有请人评估过）。感觉对方的策略
就是拖。
