），就用I-864EZ呗。什么情况下都可以用I-864。两个表对比就可以看到相对的问题在

我的情况是我老婆是绿卡， 但是他收入不高， 基本上没啥收入。
现在我们在办我的绿卡移民， 在纠结这个i-864的问题。
因为这里面只涉及了两个人， 我和我老婆， 所以我是准备用i-864ez 但是看在前3个
问题的时候愣了一下. 我在填究竟是谁在sponsoring 谁啊? 问题问的有点傻， 大家
不要拍我。
1. I am the petitioner of the family member sponsored on this form.
这个petioner 是指i-130 的petioner么？
官方的instruction 是说864 是跟 485 一起file的， 没提130.
2. I am using my own earned income, which is documented in IRS through W2.
这个理解没问题 我填的是yes

不需要银行账户的statement和股票账户的statement
不记得864里面有问到什么balance？如果工作收入够，不用填补充的那部分。

题请教大家
1. 请问除了I-130和I-485是必须要提交的，I-864， I-765和I-131也是必须的么？
2. 目前没有要回中国的打算，是打算把绿卡拿到手再回去，所以I-131作为回美证，
是不是可以不申请？
3. 还有I-864， 我看到官网上有好几种表， I-864A， I-864EZ， I-864P， I-864W
，都有什么不同？如果没有joint sponsor，这个表是不是也可以不提交？
4. 老公是公民，他需要填哪些表？ 除了出生证，他还需要提供什么材料？

one thing I am not sure is.. doesn't “Petitioner’s IRS tax transcript for
last 3 years” include "Petitioner’s federal tax 2012 return & W2" already?
either way, doesn't hurt to include both, i guess.
Also, you could have filled out i-864EZ instead of i-864. |

你老婆加起来的收入）。技术上，你不叫sponsor；你老婆才是sponsor。
填I-864的人就是你老婆。你老婆必须是sponsor。你就是immigrant。不能用I-864EZ，
因为你老婆不是“using only my own earned income”。要用I-864。 |

发帖数: 12623 | 17 I suggest you also file form I-131 for Advance Parole. Both EAD and Advance
Parole are free when you apply for adjustment of status. You never know when
you may need it.
The list of forms is more complicated than that. Your main forms will be I-
130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and each form will have many supporting forms and
documents. For example, you will need three G-325A's: one for each of you
for the I-130, since this is for a spouse, and then one for the beneficiary
for the I-485.
