其实Boston附近都是死撑的主。你查一下各个好town的median household income和
median detached SFH value就知道了。
比如Wellesley,household income大概130K+, SFH value 870K,算下来大概是1:6.5。
所以按照你们的收入,应该可以撑1.5M的房子:) |

今天终于看到140了,唉开始三期目标130lb....
早餐 一个香蕉,一个鸡蛋,小杯牛奶
中餐 半个香蕉,几片黄瓜,几口面包,酸奶半杯,种类不少,总量不多
下午 牛奶麦片小杯
跑步 7.5mile, 消耗870k,一口气跑完,还行,三天没跑了,功夫还在
晚餐 大杯牛奶,4块小排,薯条几根(别跟我学,最近没搞吃的,嘿嘿,不多不多,我
心里有数) |
