其实Boston附近都是死撑的主。你查一下各个好town的median household income和
median detached SFH value就知道了。
比如Wellesley，household income大概130K+， SFH value 870K，算下来大概是1:6.5。
所以按照你们的收入，应该可以撑1.5M的房子:) |

以上。
请问现在做refinance的利率:7/1 arm，30年固定各是多少（no point no fee） ？

今天终于看到140了，唉开始三期目标130lb....
早餐 一个香蕉，一个鸡蛋，小杯牛奶
中餐 半个香蕉，几片黄瓜，几口面包，酸奶半杯，种类不少，总量不多
下午 牛奶麦片小杯
跑步 7.5mile, 消耗870k,一口气跑完，还行，三天没跑了，功夫还在
晚餐 大杯牛奶，4块小排，薯条几根（别跟我学，最近没搞吃的，嘿嘿，不多不多，我
心里有数） |
