先说小黑，属于基本款的百搭靴，亮点是靴筒超级柔软（不塌陷），而且靴筒上部是折
叠设计，所以，高，可过膝，短，可为中靴。更值得一提的是穿脱非常方便，跟双袜子没啥大
区别。
再来说说小白，从国内请过来的，心疼(¬_¬)。亮点有二，一是很久以来一直
在寻觅白靴（难道真那么非主流？）；二是靴筒宽窄可调节，很包腿。另外那一小圈毛
毛也挺活泼的。
这两双穿起来都超舒服，属于可以奔跑型。始终不觉得靴子属于冬季，等春暖花开，还
是要带小黑小白出来见见人的(^_−)−☆

候路边停车被砸，而且是3辆车连着，这罪犯是得多猖獗啊。打了911等了一个小时也没
来，后来走了。朋友的Sienna，最后一排座放了一个笔记本电脑包被拿走了，很破不值
钱的那种砖头，玻璃是tinted，我看了一下几乎是看不见座位上放了什么东西的，不知
道盗贼怎么发现的。奇葩的是，过几朋友收到了包裹，里面有丢失的一些文件材料，估
计是小偷仍了被好心人捡到的。
这次是在fremont warmsprings的marina food，周二晚上9点，车就停在餐馆门口20多
米的地方，没有听到alarm。Nissan Rogue还是后门玻璃被砸，立马打了911, 说不是
emergency，自己上网file 一个report(−_−＃)，我就无语了。问了餐馆
老板说他们的车也是前段时间被砸，另外一个人过来说前段时间这个plaza的另一个餐
馆凌晨5点被break in。WTF？好久不去这个地方，没想到回去查了一下，这里都变

intensity在google了一下。
出来的第一篇文章有calorie restriction，我目前不想这么做，就扔开了。
第二篇文章是把人分成三组：a) control，b) 5天<=LT运动，c) 3天>LT的运动+2天<=
LT的运动。运动都控制成400卡每次。有LT的组significantly reduced total
abdominal fat (P < 0.001), abdominal subcutaneous fat (P = 0.034)。从p-value
上看，感觉内脏脂肪减得比皮下脂肪多一些。没有LT的组和control组则没有变化。以
