从VERNAL,UT出发,大约285MILE (8HR,YAHOO),基本沿US-191,中间PASS I-80,就到
了TETONS的脚下,JACKSON,WY。
Teton的原意是指生活在大平原(GREAT
PLAINS)的印地安人和他们的语言,这里是指在EAST WYOMING一带属于ROCKY MOUNTAIN的
山峦。TETONS是地壳的断层形成的,大约5到9百万年前,两个地质断层,一个倾斜倒下,
一个升起,形成了TETONS和JACKSON HOLE VALLEY。在EUROPEANS来之前,这里是各族印地
安人打猎和聚集的地方。
从GRAND TETON NP的南端 MOOSE JUNCTION,可沿TETON PARK ROAD北上,不要在1ST
RIGHT TURN停下,那是通往一个农场,可以不看,如果没有足够时间的话。在TAGGART
PARKING AREA,可以看到1985年那场大火的痕迹和REGENERATION OF FOREST。在TETON

Arrived @the 1st pitch of Serpentine Arete @ 0850, 6,800 ft
Began climbing @ 0930, 6,800 ft
Standing on summit @ 1120, 8,840 ft
Long boring walk down Asgard Pass then jumped in Colchuck Lake for a quick
swim
Back to car @ 1405 (8hrs car to car; 10 mi, 5,400 ft gain)
Back to Seattle @ 1700
Walked Sam around Green Lake
Had dinner then called it a day…Zzz..Zzz…

训练基本原则,Minimalist Ironman Training:

游泳:
继续Total Immersion(全侵)的练法,二次打水,既然孙杨能用二次打水破1500m世界纪
录,也证明TI游法更适合长距离游泳,铁人,开水.
前期还是以gym室内泳池为主,争取每周3次,着重练划水效率,同时练上身的肌肉,背
,肩,上臂. 后期上wet suit, 尽量多去海里游开水.
骑车:
还是以gym室内spin class为主,时间灵活效率高,而且风雨无阻.周末两次长骑,不记
速度,适应下路感和平衡操控, 周日可能慢慢加入brick.
跑步:
只保留每周3次的hard run:Interval, Tempo, Long run, 基本就是FIRST的原则.
装备:

周日又去海边La jolla caves游了一把,浪太大,把泳帽和泳镜都打飞了,
还好我眼疾手快,抓住了泳镜,刚买的可不能丢了...

跑了40.8迈,就开始打酱油,和朋友走了三圈当cool down。最后43.86迈,女子第二。

我最近有点球来疯,连续6天每天2hr+, 到昨天晚上终于手腕和脚踝有点感觉了,今天
歇一天。以前也就一周7-8hr的样子,我胳膊倒看不大出来区别,都太肥lol

搞定一个南方打网球的球友,
圣诞节时候,全家买机票到佛罗里达,或者南加州,住在球友家,和球友一个星期打网
球,从早到晚,每天6-8hr,吃球友的,喝球友的,球友老婆给做babysitter,同时还
是自己老婆和娃的迪斯尼等游乐园和各个shopping outlet的导游,
等新年假期满,拍拍PG走人,球友跪在搓衣板上,痛苦叫,球友,损友也。。。。

谢谢,一定得试试。你用的是 16g 还是 17g?
BHBB 是不是指 big hitter blue? Black 比 RPM blast 更加有bite 粘的感觉,spin
也多些。 就是断得快些,感觉 BHB(black) 16g 和其他的17g 差不了太多。 RPM
black 比 BHB 可以多用2~4小时吧。掉磅对我不是什么大问题,一般只是在线快断的时
候感觉的出来一些。RPM blast 寿命8hr上下,BHB 6hr 上下。

You are not a pro, you don't have the timing reaction footwork like a pro,
nor do you train 5-8hr a day like a pro. I haven't seen the video yet but I
might have the idea what it may talk about. My advice always prepare early
on both wings.

depends on what's your definition of early preparation.....
nick k time the ball. Sure he turn first like all pros do, but he doesn't
set his racquet. You can see nishikori turn and set his racquet asap. If you
quit you day time job, and stay on the court 4~8hr everyday, you can get
away with timing the ball at high level.

opponent.
16g cyclone can last up to 10hr +/- 2hr ba. (maybe 8hr, dont remember)
The thing is the last maybe 2hr of cyclone, the string feels less responsive
. Where when I get that feel with bhb7, the string will break within 30min
or so.
16g cyclone tour is supposed to last longer than cyclone, but if it's extra
4hr of dead string feel, i'll pass. Will let you know when I test it out.

my first thought was it's in your head la. lol
now come to think of it I did notice my kicker hit the tape more often with
the cyclone tour after hours of playing.... I thought maybe it was just I
wasn't used to the new string and I was still correcting some glitches with
the serve.... I'll take note on the next trial... (I do think if you serve
properly, it shouldn't matter, but hey if string or tension helps then why
not)

Played 8hr session last Sat in Foxwood. An old guy had a silly habit of
throwing hands face up. He folded AA when top pair on board J paired on
river, he folded AK
with board AA1037 when the other guy raised him big. I felt good when he
folded KK when he bet 20 on A82 board and I raised 25 with 89 suited.
He was running bad down to ~600, he got around 1.2k when I sat down. Now
comes the hand: the old man limped and called my $15, 3 handed saw the flop
3310. I bet 25,he called and the other guy

2 or 3k for 8hrs, of course, not bad.
but if it happen only like 1 of 20 times or less, see 2 or 3k for 160 hr
still not bad。。
consider buy in lost,can not see stablly profitable..

used to play cash game only, big swings. now like tournament much more,
though long hours and you get tired afterwards, but if you get lucky, you
can win 2 or 3k for 8 hours work, at most. not bad.

We did the same in July, 2008.
It took 8hrs from Denver to Dubois,a small town before Teton.
The driving is very easy and scenery is beautiful.
We bought 4 lunch boxes from panda express when we left Denver.
The feeling is so good when we ate them off high way 287 in a small gas
station.

6.13 @homer, half-day halibut fishing, lots of fun*
6.14 @Talkeetna flightseeing tour. No chance to see the glacier due to the
heavy cloud
6.15 @Denali NP, 9hrs shuttle, boring.
6.16 @8hrs drive from Denali to Valedz, the view is amazing in Glen Hwy, but
it is unpaved way. Drive carefully.

父母国内来,想请5天假连两个周末共9天陪他们游美东,从Indianapolis出发,参考了
旅行团行程,打算玩DC-Baltimore-Philly-NYC-Boston-Ithaca(Cornell)-Niagara
Falls一线。
时间分配是:
DC: 0.5 x 2 day
Baltimore: 0.5 day
Philly: 0.5 day
NYC: 1.5 day
Boston:1 day
Cornell及其周边:0.5 day
大瀑布:0.5 day
其余3.5天在路上。
具体计划如下:
Day 1, 4/7, Sat, Indianapolis - Pittsburgh (367mi, 6:28)
08:00 - 16:00 (8hr): 开去Pittsburgh,途中Dayton, Columbus短暂停留,吃午饭
16:00 - 20:00 (4hr): 游Pittsburgh,吃晚饭,山上看夜景。
Day 2, 4/8, Sun, Pittsburgh - Washington DC (246mi, 4:46)

you don't have many choices. 4d you will be on the road almost 8hrs every
day. if in winter, be prepared that i-80 is closed some part.

爱上了RoadTrip.. 刚好跨州搬家,准备开自己的车过去顺便路上玩一下完整一下人生
:)
一路可以经过Historical Route 66 还有不少Scenic Drive,包括阿甘决定不再
running的U.S.163, 电影粉丝一定很喜欢哈~ 具体行程初步计划如下,欢迎大家批评
指正,看时间可以的话也可以在Grand Canyon多停留一天
现在包括我自己一共有两三个女生, 我可以开车,再想征一到两位开车经验丰富的驴
友同行。生命在于折腾, 应该会是很难忘的一段旅程,once-in-a-lifetime
experience!
我还一直蛮喜欢做trip plan的,定下来以后会做个更加详细的,各位经验丰富的前辈

Day 1: Air Taxi
Arrived at ANC at 4AM; drive to Talkeetna (110 m, 2 hr). Take Air Taxi. Stay
at hotel near park entrance.
Day 2: Denali bus tour
Day 3: 9hr drive to Valdez
Day 4: Kayak at Columbia glacier
Day 5: 8hr drive to Seward
Day 6: Exit Glacier hiking
Day 7: Kenai Fjords cruise
Day 8: Flexible
Day 9: Back to ANC for 5PM flight

I have the PS3 version, leave at home for 2 yrs now, only play for 8hrs, not
my cup of tea.
also if I want to trade in this game, I have to trade in the camera too,
that is why I still keep the game.
