Path Station 和 Grove Path Station，即便在高峰堵车的情况下，按我两年的经验，
从没超过10分钟就可以开到。即便你想不开，非要驾车去纽约？也没问题，10分钟左右
从state highway下去，直接送你到Holland Tunnel。进了Tunnel，你要问还需要多久

2.没车族：

39wk内检，1.5指，开始狂吃菠萝（泡盐水30min，或者买切好的），每天大步快走30min。
40wk+
2/10下午五点见红，内裤上有两个quarter那么大的粉红痕迹，之后开始宫缩，15-20min一次。晚上继续走路，7-8min一次。回家吃菠萝，把产包推到门口，架好carseat。
2/11临晨三点，5min一次，lamaze还是睡不好，开车30min去医院。已经pre-register，去前台报道，然后到临时产房等，2-3min一次。等了很久来了护士+医生，医生内检+护士内检（实习医生，郁闷，内检了不知道结果），开指1。oncall ob在c-section，等了又1hr才来，两个选择：在医院走廊走路几 |

，5min一次几个小时，但因为上次的经历我不肯去医院... 晚上在床上lamaze，已经疼
得连瞌睡都不可能了。最有效的lamaze是“猫趴式前后晃动+lamaze
破水了。刚弯腰起来，又一股暖流；再站起来，又一股暖流。拿浴巾一挡，一个toonie
大小的粉红tissue掉在上面：plug掉了。
等前一轮生的产房腾出来。疼得受不了了，打了一针morphin，疼痛还是那样，不过因
为昏睡分了点神。进产房，坐在大气球上宫缩，左右晃晃，睡着一分 |

涂精油可以紧致皮肤，坚持了9个月了，很有用，但不知道是精油的作用还是皮肤自己
逐渐恢复了。
还有abs 8min，很快就能看到肌肉了。 |

重会嗖嗖的减..在我身上咋没效呢? 两个多月了..这15磅还在身上..夏天就要到了..每
天照镜子都郁闷的不行..><
知道要运动..可是哪有这个时间和体力阿! 每天早上打仗似的pump..洗澡..去上班..
上班的时候还得抽空pump两次..压根没时间去运动..
回到家..ggpp累了一天..孩子交给我..不到她睡着..是一点时间没有的..
10点她大小姐睡了..我又该pump..洗瓶子..最后累得只能洗洗睡了..
别说跑步运动啥的..我连8min abs都坚持不了..
sigh~ 膀大腰圆的样子..><

钟都做不动了..
我一生完就是15磅在身上..孕期一共长了23磅..可是现在还有15lb..太打击了!
吃的也不多啊..淀粉甜食啥的也很克制了..sigh~ |

follow,腹部也不疼痛了.每天早上花8分钟,感觉很好.一开始的无力是长期没锻炼的结
果,我想.再过两周我想去跑步了.我已经勉强能塞进一些0P的裤子了,虽然还有10磅挥之
不去,肚皮狠松弛,肥肉不少(所以要跑步). |

刚开始做的时候痛死了,现在不做还不高兴,每天早上泵完奶就去做,做完了洗澡吃饭.
婆婆都说我肚子没了.其实被衣服盖住了.肥肉还是在的,要靠跑步跑掉. |

发帖数: 599 | 50 8月11号的due date,当天下午5点开始有规律宫缩,30s@8min apart,9点开始宫缩加强,
差不多5分钟一次,每次超过40s,这个时候收拾了一下就去急诊了. 奇怪的是在之前一直
没有见红,也没有像样的宫缩,想必是是11号下午2个多小时的暴走催动了宝宝.
10点多钟来到产房,值班医生姗姗来迟,主要是有人做C,11点钟时她做了内检,说开了4.
5cm,所以就留我们住下来了.第一个娃的36小时催产顿时让我觉得第二胎的优势了,还没
有太痛就已经开了一半了:)
1点钟时候宫缩加强,但是疼痛尚可忍受.同一个医生内检,6.5cm!他们还开玩笑说开到6
指半还能笑出来的人不多.想到班上很多JM因为Epi用的太晚,没发挥效果就开始进入
push阶段了,有点小小紧张,所以就向护士要了Epidural.2点多上的Epidural，剂量不很
大，但是足以让疼痛go away.本来计划还有4，5点就可开始生产，但是明显希望落空。
3点多值班医生说开了8.5了，但是4点自己OB到的时候说是7-8cm（更接近7）。居然这
个估算还能差那么多？我显然相信自己的医生，从业20多年他已经接生近7000的小... 阅读全帖 |
