渤海水泵到1200m高程，乌鲁木齐海拔680-920m，取平均值800m，乌鲁木齐距离渤海直
线距离3000公里以上（从googlemap上量的，而引水工程不可能走直线，路线说不定能
呢个到3500-4000公里），高差只有400m的样子。坡度为万分之一的样子，这点差别，
水根本不会自动流过去，淤积会很严重。
就是把水弄到海拔为-153m的艾丁湖去，高差也不过1400m，水流坡度不到万分之五。
靠这个高差，很难得到理想的流速。 |

这个数值约为塔里木河年径流量的1/4-1/3的样子，按说也不少了。新疆有些地方年蒸
发量在2m左右。
但是俺觉得很难维持到1m/s的水流速度。如果水流速过慢，则泥沙会在管道里淤积，这
个是个大麻烦。
