要是房市急速大跌的话，那就是金融动荡，所有行业的公司业绩都会下降，失业率上来
，最终个人收入下降；同时银行放贷收紧，你被迫全款买房。
所以平静冷静的等待就好，没有必要鸡血一般发帖。
