zillow的数据是滞后的，所以这个基本反应的是今年上半年相对于去年上半年的情况。
另外不同的区风格不同，比如condo多的区median price就会比实际偏低。还有同一个
zip的学区差别可能巨大。所以只是看看，不能用来争论谁的区比谁的好。

你的agent的建议估计是berryessa这块，那边好点学区的sfh的均价大概就是1.1m。
以我的经验，别人给的建议几乎没啥用，一般最后还是跟着自己的感觉走。 |

很像很像，国内的商品房，一层一层的，哈哈，这个是我们能负担的起的
很新，像是新盖好的，里面还有新房子的味道，不知道算不算便宜呢？环境基本上可以
说没有，因为整个condo在一起，不大，只有一点空地，铺的还是假草坪。。。
hoa好像要250？？ 请问HOA是每月都要付的吗？感觉condo以后出租是不是容易些？
其实说起来很搞笑，我们是去找apartment去的，想换个apartment，然后LD忽然看到了
他家打的大标语，就一路跟过去瞅了瞅，感觉那个agent都不待见咱，肯定觉得俺们很
没有诚意呵呵，或者瞧咱太土
我们确定也没准备，啥都不知道，就是不想再付这个可恶的月租了。。。
这里的同学们好像都是80万左右的目标吧，不过还是希望能得到一点建议：）谢谢大家先 |
