早上电话面试with the technical manager，时间是我自己确定的，我选择了早上9am
，这样office的人还没来，我可以安静的跟对方说话。进行了20分钟，对方也不是很
tough，没有问任何behavior question。自我介绍，为何选择这个专业，phd的project
，master的project。确定下周可以onsite，时间我自己定，交替方式我自己定。
从这里到New Jersey，Freehold,做飞机，还得再租车，开车；自己开车，我似乎不行
（单程7个小时太累了），估计要让老公送我去了。
on-site，我需要带上成绩单，推荐信吗？他们什么都没有提哦？本人第一次on-site，
大家给点意见哦。
今天早上按照网上phone interview的questions一一准备，貌似人家并没有那么问哦。

还有就是公司要求工作9am-6pm, entail more (or later) hours and possible
weekends in order to meet important deadlines or perform some critical
maintenance work during off-peak hours.
一般不都是工作8小时嘛, 这个工作时间正常嘛? 另外公司提到加班但是没有谈加班费,

daily work, no one will watch you working, so deliver to meet deadline is
your key performance indicator.
9am - 6pm means you have 1 hour lunch at noon time.
I think this is normal. (sorry can not type Chinese on this computer.) |

其实，迟到早退不是问题，问题是不能太有规律。你要是天天晚来早走，那在别人眼里
就形成了规律，规律变成了印象，印象影响了奖金，奖金影响了买D800。
窍门就是打破规律，要随机。每周你最少要有一天来的特别早，给大家做咖啡，用洪亮
的声音在某个交叉路口拉住逼人讨论问题，不要是周一，那天大家都很困，都很懒，来
早了也没人知道，周二周三最好，周四周五大家心都散了，来早了也没用。总之，可以
按这个组合经常随机调整一下，7am, 9am, 10am, 10am, 11am。
早退，也是一个道理，每周至少有一天要走的特别晚。最好是那天也拉住别人，最好把
老板拉上，直到老板饿得肚子咕咕直叫，求你下班。然后剩下四天，可以按照4:50p,
5p, 5:30p, 5:30p随机组合一下。
来早的那天不要和晚走那天重合，身体要紧。。。 |

感觉非常奇怪，补充一下他问的这个XXX就是这个小公司的老板，我在那个地方intern
了半年直接report给这个XXX的，猎头不问我近况追问这个小公司的经历却很关心这个
XXX，感觉不像是猎头该问的啊？
这位XXX当时和我关系还不错，不过最近没怎么联系了。我在想是不是被什么人盯上了
假冒猎头来套我话？我有必要提醒一下XXX吗？这不会是一个钓鱼电话吧...
