taxes, for reimbursement. If you are unable to get a refund from the
employer, file a claim for refund with the Internal Revenue Service
on Form 843, Claim for Refund and Request for Abatement.
Publication 519, U.S. Tax Guide for Aliens contains information
on what should be attached to the claim form.

should include rehab inner city. Rep's claim this is "welfare" and in part
true. But if we cut 100% today we would have riots and destruction tomorrow.
Far more cost-efficient and better for all to INVEST in infrastructure,
clean up city blocks, partner with businesses on abatement for expansion,
etc. This would cover all collar workers as Mike said above. Good ideas.
