比较好，后来发现原来也是一个营养品公司，比如abbott的奶粉好像也不错。
总体感觉，abbott是一个很有研发实力的公司，它的一些项目都有很好潜力。但听了一
个abbott的科学家做的seminar后，给我的感觉，abbott做得好，不是富有灵感的结果

部, 把这事搞定, 也算是立下汗马功劳了.
还有你干嘛不看好人家五年愿景? 别忘了, abbott是多元化, 营养品和医疗器械要更强
些, 制药只是其中的一部分. 你不看好没有用, 人家又要大笔投资到第三国建厂, 因为
humira现有的生产能力就要满足不了市场的需求量了.
abbott股票去年到今年涨了不少, 难不成那些投资人都是傻子?
drug discovery的摊子是铺的太大, 是该砍一部分了. |

less than 8 years; I have also seen people still in Sr Scientist III after
15 years of experience in Abbott.
There are two tracks for scientists - manager track and research track. The
former is group leader, senior group leader, associate director, VP, etc.
and the the latter is SCI research fellow, whose grade level is similar to
GL/SGL.
