发帖数: 560 | 36 单抗的话，Roche的非常好，据说AbCam的单抗和多抗都不错，但价钱都很贵，多抗里面cl
ontech自己的多抗就挺不错，不过得是对GFP fulllength的那个，另一个peptide Ab效价
太低，不好用。以上的抗体在WB和IP都很好使。
但是，单抗的问题在于protein folding和epitope exposure，我们有几中GFP的融合蛋白
，蛋白折叠的构象使其不能被GFP单抗IP，甚至不能在WB中被识别，只能用多抗。 |

。做western blot可检测出来的蛋白size都不对。第一次买GeneScript的抗体，它有40
ug和200 ug的，我直接买了200 ug的，一下来了4管，我只用了一管就发现不行。试了
好几家公司的，快疯掉了，老板看我买了这么多抗体都不work，要生气了。。。
大家有这类退货的经验吗？就我自己的经验，Santa Cruz的给credit最容易，abcam的
比较难。其它的公司至今还没argue的经验。

replace a non-functional antibody.
Abcam is very notorious and its quality is plunging, almost like santa cruz
now. |
