Before my due day, we ask our friends in Australia to mail the goat milk
formula to us. It is the best brand in Australia. My son had it when he was
3 weeks old for 3 days, but he became fussy and uncomfortable with lots of
gas, we stop using it. Instead I tried it myself, it really taste good,
however, I feel very uncomfortable as well with gas, bloating and abdominal
pain.
I would never use it for my son any more. FYI. |

候也容易startle，很多时候unexpected subtle positional change都可以让他们自己
吓倒自己，这都属于正常现象，也不会让他们自己有啥不舒服的。很多家长会担心有癫
痫之类的，which is rare at this age. Gastric reflex也是一个可能，但是那个可
能会更容易引起discomfort，which you will be able to notice。
2. 很可能是passing gas或者stool，which is also very common。新生儿的腹肌力量
很差，而排便之类的都需要abdominal muscle，需要增加腹腔压力。更何况婴儿是躺着
便便的，成人还有重力帮忙呢。让一个大人试着躺着便便也会很困难的。。。。

harmony, or NIPT），只说让我做唐筛（sequential screening即2次验血+NT）。
最近听另外一个在同一医院的朋友说我们医院也offer这个检查了，我就自己先研究了
一下，看看有没有必要找genetics counselor申请去做这个检查。
自己看了材料后，有一些疑问。不知道版上有没有姐妹知道答案。
1. 染色体血检是第9、10周开始可以做的，但有最晚时间限制吗？
2. 染色体血检不能看neural tube, abdominal wall, smmith-lemli-opitz syndrome
。那么大家一般是不是在血检外，还约了其他类似NT scan的检查，看这几项呢？
3.有没有人同时做了唐筛和染色体血检的？出来的比率是不是大家都是用染色体血检估
算的风险小于唐筛估算的？我看到大概有2个人是这样的，不知道有没有人问过
genetics counselor这个问题？

渐增加到6迈，然后加慢跑和游泳。但是肚子在两个月的时候还是很惊人。生老大的时
候根本没有这种情况。没出月子的时候更是，送老大去preschool，被别的妈妈问啥时
候due，郁闷到吐血。当时很害怕回不去，因为体重没得可减了（自测腹部的skin fold
已经回到孕前了）。后来发现是腹直肌分离，自测一下，好嘛肚脐上方整整能放侧进一
个拳头（4指plus)。跟着底下的介绍开始针对性训练，两周就恢复到2指plus了，非常
有效。
总的来说就是：锻炼腹肌的时候要同时推着腹直肌回到原位。在做一些light的workout
的时候，没有多余的手推着腹直肌，束腹带可以帮忙。

。 都去做了难道你不想看清楚量清楚嘛，如果看不清楚又拒绝阴超度话还不如就不去
做，测量有误了怎么整？我两次都是transabdominal看的非常清楚，连憋尿都不用就宫
颈长度，卵巢什么的，卵巢里的cyst什么的都很清楚，不过我做的机器也比较好，是目
前市场长最先进的机型了，这个也有一定关系，但是关系不大。
所以建议广大妈妈们去做b超前最好不要吃东西，安排早上的appt，然后去之前最好大
号一下，这样看的清楚。早期去一定是full bladder，这样可以通过装满尿液的
bladder做window看子宫比较清楚。喝水到距离full bladder大概需要一小时时间，大

有bleeding，量还比较大，是brown color那种，因为之前一次5周经历过类似的
miscarriage，非常担心，不过这次没有cramping和abdominal pain，打电话给医生，
让立即去医院做B超，结果B超显示胎儿正常，医生让回家卧床休息，密切观察，这几天
还是断断续续有些spotting,不过量慢慢地减少。
有mm有类似的经历吗？ |

he started to complain on Wednesday afternoon when waking up from nap. He
said he had 15 dumplings for lunch (our nanny made it). The poop seems

Pediatric Gastroenterology are all booked up until March or April. Only when
my pediatrician gave them a call, they probably will see him soon. But my
pediatrician just gave us some pepto to relieve his pain ( I called him
just now and he said he didn’t think my baby need to see the specialists).

hospital here can do emergent cathlab and stent placement.
You can say you have to wait 4 hours for fever or abdominal pain, but
