简直难以想象，在美国还有人以这样的思路来诛心守法公民。你自己试一试，把“law

任何参议员都有可能发疯，可能发疯的人绝对不能参与关键的立法工作，所以我们应该
解散立法机关。
我猜你早就知道问题所在，只是自己跨不过自己的心理门槛。对公民权责的不信任，必
然带来对政府的依赖，对政府不作为的开脱和自责。其实就是贬低公民，放大政府。这
其实是典型国人的思路，仍然认为政府有天然的光环，需要公民“配合”政府的工作。

A federal judge on Monday stripped away a key element of Chicago's gun
ordinance, ruling that it is unconstitutional to prohibit licensed gun
stores from operating in the city.
