一道题两分钟，时间绰绰有余啊。
ABIM我准备在两年多后， 考试前几个月集中火力突击一番。这三个多月来， 把ABIM的
内容快速过了一遍， 感觉考试内容很多没有什么临床实际意义， 有临床意义的那一部
分在工作中又远远不够。 做多选题的能力和现实生活中处理人和事的能力完全是两回
事。所以计划把它搁置在一边，这两年先挑自己喜欢的内容学习。 |

100 minutes for break.
For first time taker, 去年86%用过。今年85%通过。
For repeaters, 今年36%通过。
据说大概每3道题目要答对2道题目才能通过。只是大概是这样的。也许存在误差。
俺的AMG co-fellow who finished residency in a university IM program很不幸今
年没有通过ABIM.所以大家考试还是不要掉以轻心。
俺纯属走大运，in service exam年年答对的题目数量基本都一样，基本上没有长进啊
。可是residency最后一个月(June)疯狂学习，上了个辅导班。七月份fellowship开始
后疯狂复习看书。8月中旬考试前一天才把MKSAP15里的1100道题目给勉强做完（整个住
院期间MKSAP15在三年内就只做了200题，那10本还是11本书就只看了4本还是5本，住院

Then what you have to look for!!! the current residents (any IMG) and where
did they went after residency (some do not write this in their websites) and

you are interested in..

比如癌症筛查检查都是针对特定人群，比如年龄超过多少岁或者重度吸烟，即使这样能

人群的长期死亡率降低百分之十几就已经是公共卫生层面的重大突破了，目前只有肺癌
、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、结直肠癌有证实比较有效的筛查方法，胃癌和前列腺癌还有争议，
某些特殊高危人群要具体问题具体分析
统计学有一个概念叫阳性预测值，详细解释可能一页纸也写不下，简单来讲一个检查给
你带来假阳性的风险不仅和检查本身有关，和被检查者的健康状况同样相关，你没有任
何不舒服、危险因素而且也很年轻，那么同样的检查在你身上就更容易出现假阳性结果
（听起来很难理解吧，希望你是理科生，这其中是一个类似先验概率和后验概率的问题
）。更复杂的概念比如Overdiagnosis以及Incidentaloma、lead-time bias、length
time bias就更是一言难尽了。总之目前医学专业领域对疾病预防的理解和认识和老百
姓们凭常识想象的是大相庭径的
