地点在West New York, 非常方便。离江边（boulevard east）2个block。离light rail也是2个block。1 br apt在一个公寓楼的3层。标准的出租型公寓楼。
有4辆bus进城（128，165，166，168），因此基本上等车时间不到3分钟。bus 20分钟
不到就到达port authority。所以一般从出门开始到到达时代广场就是25-30分钟的样
子。轻轨到Jersey city也很方便
最少一年，一个月押金，需要查信用记录，没有中介费（房东是管理公司）
包热水和暖气（自付电费和gas）。

我们因为在附近买房的原因要搬出去，你不用sublet我的租约，和楼管处重新签自己的
租约就是了。
这个地方处于scarsdale和hartsdale的交界处，除了学区好，附近开车5分钟有h-mart,
trader joes等，衣食住行都非常方便。
离hartsdale train station开车三到五分钟，可以用使用居民停车优惠。去纽约市
grand central station 35 分钟。非常适合有家庭在市中心工作的commuter.

生物，政治，一个都不少。我们农村中学，生物老师是个五大三粗的中年汉子，后勤处
长。到最后算生男生女，ABO血型概率都晕乎，还是我们告诉他怎么算，整个生物课从
植物，动物到生理之类，从没做过任何实验，最后都是纸上谈兵。所以最后生物同学们
考得都不好。政治也是头痛的课，一天到晚背书，背宪法，背时政。教科书高一还在说
姓社姓资的问题，高二就变成贫穷不是社会主义，老师都说上学期大伙学的都不对啊。
后来同学们把生物和政治剥离出高考实在是太幸福的事情了，我们当年浪费了多少时间
在这两门课上啊。 |
