天会再次投递。

所以，父母一方是公民，并且是合法夫妻的话，孩子出生必须是(acquires)美国公民是
吗？如果孩子一出生不承认或者放弃了美国公民身份，以后会影响入美国籍吗？
父母一方是公民，但不是合法夫妻关系，这样可以选择是或者不是(may require)美国
公民对吧？如果孩子一出生选了中国公民/户口，不影响以后入美国籍对吧？

IRS上的解释是：
Taxpayers abroad. U.S. citizens and resident aliens who live and work abroad
, as well as members of the military on duty outside the U.S., have until
June 17 to file. Tax payments are still due April 15.
也就是说，只有在海外生活并工作的人才可以自动延期。如果仅仅是出差，不能算，必
须填写4868 form，并邮寄给IRS延期。邮寄的deadline仍然是4月15日。是这样理解吗？

用B2来美国跟着留下（无论结不结婚）才是有移民倾向。
lz老婆还申请了转H4。用B2来跟有非移民身份的人结婚跟着转身份是允许的，如果是转
去也需要没有移民倾向的身份（譬如F2、J2）。但是转去像H4这些可以有移民倾向的身

of status后，觉得aos比ava好很多，所以我们发信给律师说坚持选ava.还说我们坚持
选aos是inapproate的。据我所知大多数人是选的aos吧。aos少了好多麻烦，而且有ead
和ap.
另外，我还是F1，领导的i140上dependent填我的话，不影响我申请OPT，以及回国申请
F1签证把。

born in China - You are qualified for the "quota" and priority date
limitation.
The process of filing I-485 may have some consequence on re-entry into US -
This still applies to Canadians as well. Pending I-485, you must not travel

abroad if not shown above”却把我们给难住了。
因为LD当年是在国内拿到PHD学位后，才申请的美国这边学校的。当时，他在等待新学
校的OFFER期间，曾找了个朋友的公司工作过大半年。他办F1签证时，由于担心自己如
果以国内PHD的身份，再度申请这边的PHD program的话，纵使能顺利地拿到OFFER，估
计签证那关他也过不了。所以，他就把“3年的读博经历”也给处理成了“在公司里工
作”，最终只是以硕士的身份来申请学校、并F1签证了。毕业后找工作、办绿卡递140
什么的，为了怕惹出麻烦，他也只能一错再错，一直隐瞒着国内的那段经历。
大家知道Name Check在国内，到底能查到哪种程度呢？美国这边的机构，查到的信息，
能否具体到申请人在国内的所有学历（纵使没有上报的），以及工作经历吗？还是只
是验证出生日期以及有无犯罪历史呢？现在，我们面对485表里的这个问题，真不知是
该沿循当年的“错误”说法（就是：last occupation abroad共有4年-- |

吗？如果孩子一出生不承认或者放弃了美国公民身份，以后会影响入美国籍吗？

公民对吧？如果孩子一出生选了中国公民/户口，不影响以后入美国籍对吧？

于我之前ead上的a number, 申请140的时候都写的ead上的，所以这个收据上的是新发
给我的a number吗？之后的体检还有485表格都写这个新的a number对吗？
325a表上有一块是写5年的工作史，后面还有一个Show below last occupation abroad
if not shown above，这个abroad是out of china 还是 out of US 的上面没提到的
工作呀？
