累,假宫缩频繁,晚饭后散步只走了一半就回家躺倒休息。半夜的时候就出事了。现在
想起来那种大出血的情况还是怕。
既然这种事情不常见但是还是发生在自己身上,说明总是有那么点原因只不过没有发现
。千万千万要当心。如果必须工作,尽量少走动,20周以后绝对不要拎重物,一捅一加
仑的水为限。家务事尤其是整理床铺,购物,打扫卫生,挪床挪家具等让老公做。最好
老公家务全包,你下班后就躺倒休息。我在NICU见到的那些26, 27周左右就出生的早
产儿真是太可怜了。父母和孩子都太遭罪了。 |

revamping it. Plus, specialization is not always necessary. Look at the
CEOs of the large corps. Lots of them have been in multiple industries with
abrupt change of course. Only lower to mid-level management need detailed
and specialized knowledge about their daily jobs. |
