宝宝屁股上有一个包，很久了，一直没在意。 最近才带宝宝去看，结果发现宝宝得了
肛门瘘管。(rectal abscess) 医生说看情况可能要引流，或者要进一步全麻手术治疗
。虽然医生安慰不是因为我做了或没做什么，还是强烈的自责和愧疚。 想请问有没有
宝宝得过这个(rectal abscess)的家长和我分享一些信息和经历。也可以发到我站内信
箱。万分感激！
补充，这个包一直是硬的，有一个多月了，好像没有变化。医生说一般情况很快就会溃疡，但他有些奇怪一个多月了一直是硬的 |

因为人太小，医生建议先每天三次warm compress，等它自己熟了后搽她开的处方抗生素。刚查了下，这个处理还是很靠谱的。不过还是想上来问问其他的妈妈有没有什么其他需要注意的？有帮助的经验？

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

第四周了，昨天已经痛下决心下周回奶配合治疗，今天来发帖记录一下我目前的乳腺炎
经历，给各位新手妈妈一个参考，美帝治疗这方面确实挺麻烦的，千万不要重蹈我的覆
辙。
说来自从我家宝出生一直就一波三折，先是生下来之后一小时喂他奶他差点窒息被CPR
，又是体检查出锁骨骨折，然后月子里脐带感染在儿童医院住了5天挂了无数抗生素—
— 终于熬到第六周结束，我还以为平静的生活即将开始了，结果第七周开始就乳腺炎
发作直到现在第十周了还没痊愈，桑心啊。先来描述一下前因后果吧。
宝出生后一直是大部分泵奶，也说不上为啥，可能是被月嫂影响说这样月子做的好 （
其实是错误的）。导致基础就木有打好，因为泵奶不容易把乳管弄的很通顺，总没有宝
宝吸来的有效。
第七周：
周一开始发现左胸靠近RT的部分有一块硬的，按压还有一点疼，心里知道多半是乳管阻
塞，就想着白天让小宝多吸吸，自己多按摩按摩。其实月子里堵塞的情况也发生过好几
次，都是热毛巾按着硬推推开的，痛到掉眼泪，心想这次也差不多吧。结果白天小宝一

原来的儿医不是我们找的，是医院自己定的，
没经验，把我们娃的病情耽误了，，
我和LG刚发现一个小包的时候，问了我们那个儿医几遍是不是abscess，以后会不会成
为abscess，她都说不是，，巴拉巴拉，，，
最后都化脓了，她也说不是，自己搞不清楚，就让我去urgent care，里面的医生就说
是abscess。
我今天想预约比较有医龄的儿医，，好几个我看上的都是不TAKE NEW PATIENT怎么办，
我又只好勉为其难的约了一个年轻的。

刚开始发现狗不对,担心是bloat,后来发现是嘴巴疼,右眼下面肿.于是约兽医.几天后见
兽医时,眼肿已经快看不出来.因为疼,狗不肯张大嘴,所以上麻药,嘴巴内未见异常,同时
X光显示牙齿没问题.给了点止疼药,被要求回家观察.
回家后发现右眼眼白充血,所以没给吃止疼药,第二天重返诊所. 兽医怀疑是
retrobulbar abscess. 同时检查眼压,两眼略有不同.兽医很担心,要求立刻找
specalist做CT检查.
回家后找Dr. Google,发现症状确实和retrobulbar abscess一模一样, 嘴巴疼,眼睛充
血, 开始紧张.
specalist的医院其实是个大学,本星期仪器全book了,所以直接带狗进了emergency.
specalist其实是个漂亮的Dr. Rotating Intern.笑容满面的污蔑我的兽医水平低下(混
过职场的对美国人笑眯眯的说人坏话的习惯应该不陌生). Dr. Rotating Intern的

，低血压/休克，DIC早期等等）。血象倾向于细菌感染而非肝病毒，在强力广谱抗生素
治疗下好转又恶化，一种可能是大量细菌死亡释放的毒素加强了免疫反应（白细胞升高
，发热，高crp, 血压下降等），另一种就是感染灶没有得到控制，还有就是耐药菌感
染。
那么第一个问题就是这个感染灶在哪里？右颈部疼痛肿大，有没有做CT去看看是不是
retropharyngeal/tonsillar abscess？腹部疼痛有没有CT abdomen/pelvis看看有没有
abscess?如果有的话可能需要手术引流才能得到足够的控制。尿检/尿液培养/超声看看
是不是尿路感染上行引起肾盂炎/脓肿？有没有关节肿痛排除septic joint?有没有胸片
排除肺炎？
至于药是否对症，这么多天的住院，血培养的结果和sensitivity应该已经有了吧？

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把

查了rapid strep的，估计是阴性的就没有给抗生素就让回家去了，这在美国也是这么
处理的。一般不吃药一个星期内也就好了，蹊跷的是发了2个星期的烧。病毒感染一般
不会这么长时间，第二次去急诊如果医生还没给抗生素就有些说不过去了，应该是给了
，然后楼主决定连夜回国。说有化脓 那可能有peritonsillar abscess. 一般需要做引
流。不是想为澳洲医院洗白，有些事情她也没说清楚。成年人咽喉炎还要考虑
gonnorrhea 淋病菌的感染。有些好奇她细菌培养是什么感染，最常见的strep都会做
rapid test 比较难漏掉。 |

since you took 1 week of antibiotic prior, not sure what you took exactly,

prognosis is very poor, assuming he has right sided consolidation in his
lungs and is in respiratory failure, and his sputum cytology showed
adenocarcinoma cells, and now he is on ventilator with tracheostomy already
placed, then he really needed right now is bronchoscopy to see if it's from
endobronchial expansion of the tumor compromising his airway or if there is

rapid strep test in the clinic. The problems of not going to a clinic are
the following:
1. If you don't have a strep throat, most likely you don't need to take
antibiotics.
2. Erythromycin is an OK antibiotics for strep throat. But if you don't
have allergy to penicillin, erythromycin is not the first line treatment.
3. There is a risk of paratonsilar abscess, which can be an emergency. |

you have chronic infection (no swelling and no pain). A dental abscess
cannot heal by itself. You have a fistula draining pus now, and probably for
the rest of your life if you do not do anything. You will occasionally get
episodes of swelling and pain when the fistula is blocked, and the swelling
and pain will disappear when the fistula bursts open again. |

Acute appendicitis is a surgical emergency and should always be treated
properly. It is not because appendicitis cannot self-resolve. Yes, it can
resolve spontaneously. But you are risking perforating your appendix, and
developing into a much more complicated situation, leading to peritonitis,
abscess, adhesion or even death. Surgery will be much more complicated if

food will be absorbed by your GI content, and eventually it still could
form hard stool. For constipation, in general, fiber-rich food helps, yogurt
helps, and stool softener helps as well.

visit an oral surgeon. It is likely that you will need a small surgery to
drain the abscess and clean the wounds. It may develop into fascial space
infection and/or osteomyelitis. |

often found in sputum samples incidentally. if infecting the lung, it causes
abscess rather than pneumonia. it is important to know that actinomyces
does NOT cause pathogenic infection without the aid of other bacteria.
actinomyces infection is quite rare except for periodontal infection. |
