生意，但因为批评官府的企业政策，尤其是普京的铁哥们开的石油公司，和普京和黑帮
结下梁子。
05年他在莫斯科的办公室被警察抄了，抢走2亿多说是用来还签政府的税。 公司的税法
律师Magnitsky跑去理论被逮捕，后来死在监狱。
至此Browder一直想法给Magnitsky报仇。终于在12年国会通过Magnitsky法案，冻结包
括普京本人的在内的俄国富豪在美国的财产，之后欧洲也采取了类似行动。 这从此就
成了普京和Browder的个人恩怨。
2016年俄国律师在疮破大厦和小疮，女婿见面时专门提供了Browder和生意伙伴Ziff
Brothers Investments给欧巴马政治捐款的备忘录。但没有任何关于给克林顿捐款的信
息。
对于普京指控的四亿给希拉里的捐款，Browder说普京是信口开河，因为如此大的金额
很容易查到。
另外Browder是英国公民，美国政府不可能拿他交易。

So I am reading all these comments laughing and calling out "conspiracy

该拿现在手上的I-20签F-1呢(我是本校正式注册学生,只不过是Study in
absentia而已),还是应该让面试的地方出资料签B-1.另外,如果我每5个月回一次美国,不
中断我的program,是不是不需要新的I-20,毕业以后也可以用OPT.

电影就不说了，我想分享一下我目前在streaming service上看的，而且我也就是列一
些正在看的，其他一些东西（比如hwy from hell, border security）和我一时记不起
来的就不说了：
Netflix:
常年的：我看了很多侦探剧：
Wallander 不错
Shetland：这真是天涯海角的地方，对那里的环境很有兴趣，甚至想过以后去看看。
Trapped 冰岛的，很不错。我是一下子看完的。
Broadchurch：还可以，看了一季，在第二季头上。
英剧Inspector Morse,Endeavour，Midsomer Murders: 花了２年多，前面两个都是老
的，看完了，现在在看最后这个，有１９季，每一集９０分钟长，极其费时，我觉得这
些是老年纪人看
的，我是睡觉前看的。
Foyle's war 我一下子看的侦探剧，可以对二战时英国社会的日常生活有点了解。
Agatha Christi's Perot: 不错，大概８０集。给９分。
