possible for it not to be, practically speaking and given human nature at
work - the answer is most likely.
does democracy prevent corruption 100% of the time? no. but it does promote

我觉得也说得基本上是有道理的，也许没有以前那么露骨而已。比如catholic
encyclopedia（http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/01061a.htm）对absolution的解释：Absolution is the remission of sin, or of the punishment due to sin, granted by the Church。当然人可以向神直接地confess, repent，但是absolution是必须通过教会的。我现在先不说这个观点对不对，但至少说“信徒必须向神甫认罪”，“信徒一般不能直接从上帝那里得到absolution”至少基本上是对天主教的正确理解的。对天主教的这一点批评是从新教一开始就有的：

用ABSOLUTE还是RELATIVE要看你不同PRIMER的扩增效率。如果前期已经做过PRIMER的优
化，相比较的两个PRIMER的扩增效率大致相同，可以直接用RELATIVE QUANTIFICATION
。如果没有做优化，也不想花功夫做优化，可以用RELATIVE ABSOLUTE QUANTIFICATION
，就是两个PRIMER都分别做标准曲线，通过标准曲线转换出的数值进行RELATIVE比较。
单纯的ABSOLUTE QUANTIFICATION一般用得不多，在需要知道目标TEMPLATE在样品中准
确的量的时候用。
我猜大概你的情况是RELATIVE ABSOLUTE QUANTIFICATION吧，分别做标准曲线就可以了
