我老可不是开玩笑的，性病的问题是很严肃的问题。
几年前PBS Frontline看到过一个专题，说Atlanta一个富裕白人区的中学生突然爆发某
种性病（英文没听懂到底是什么病）。医生很奇怪，因为这种病一般在穷黑人区流行。
调查后发现，是某个女孩找了个黑人男友被传染，然后中学生们互相搞互相传染。传染
病传染起来可是指数级的。这个节目就是反思媒体的宣传好像带套就能防止性病，实际
很多性病带套也没用，而且小孩不成熟不在乎，所以还是要给中学生宣传abstinence。
三分之一有性病的美国男人到了中国，陷入集体无套外F的人民战争的海洋，经过十年
的intermingle，中国城市青年女性性病率>70%男性>40%是必然的，造成种种社会问题
医疗问题绝育问题。

国人大都知道美国学生在两性关系方面比较自由开放，学校老师平时不会管学生的恋
爱。但是，当听到美国人，包括教师在内，会鼓励中学生“早恋”，国人还是会感到有
点震撼！
首先要说明的一点是：美国并不存在“早恋”这样的概念。加州的法律规定，假如父母
同意，16岁的青少年就能结婚，从这个角度来说，一对情侣12岁开始恋爱，到16岁结婚
，完全是“水到渠成”的正常现象。既然16岁就可以结婚，在小学的时候恋爱又怎么可
以说是“早恋”呢？
但是，美国人有一个概念，却是很多中国人不接受的，这个概念叫做“约会 (Dating)
”。 很多中国人认为，“凡是不以婚姻为目的的恋爱，就是耍流氓”。因此，凡是一
对男女有超出普通朋友的关系，就会被定性为“恋爱”，假如这个关系发生在中小学阶
段，就成了十恶不赦的“早恋”了。但是，美国除了“恋爱”(Falling in love) 这个
关系以外，还有“不一定以结婚为目的的恋爱”，叫做dating。

石家庄市疾病预防控制中心一楼，有一个艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊，门口的牌子是“
健康咨询门诊”，每天要咨询检测几十人，来检测的人，个个脸上都堆满凝重。
咨询、检测都是免费的，如果有人发生过高危行为，觉得自己有可能感染艾滋病，都
可以来这里检测。另外，在各级医院以及各个社区卫生服务中心都可以提供艾滋病咨询
检测服务。石家庄市疾控中心的艾滋病咨询检测门诊，现在每年的检测人数已超过2000
人。
