是银行着急要cash。
在另外一个拍卖房的网站上，看到了一个文件。评价一个好区的拍卖房。类似房子最近
卖价38万左右，建议拍价26万。文件说，abundant short sale in the community，同
时也说这是一个well maintained community。在这里也住了6年多了，附近那里是好区
那里不好还是心里有数。但是看到这个基本是最好的小区有大量short sale的信息，还
是有点震惊。
其实想想也合理。这个小区的人，都是中产以上。这批人，都不是最近3年才中产的。
大部分都是10年前就中产了，在这里买了房子。而2005～2007的房价又是这小区最高的
（现在拍的这个房子，2006年估计要80～100万左右）。也就是说，这里面有大量的中
产被套牢了。贷了60～70万的款，而房子只有30～40万的市场价了。但是还有工作或生

The traditional fireplace sucks, big, in terms of heating efficiency. But if

大家应该都听说过环境对基因会产生诱发或抑制的作用吧。例如说科学家发现有种“害羞基因”，但如果有这个基因的孩子，他们的父母对他如果没有过分保护并带他从小去各种各样的环境，这种基因的影响就会被抑制，孩子还是可以落落大方。
我自己觉得性倾向虽然可能有基因的影响在里面，但以下几个数据让我觉得it is much more by choice rather than by birth.或者说后天的经历和环境的影响远大于先天的影响。
