指出版主错误使用胖子的童鞋，真没看出来什么群起而攻之，什么抓住错误不放，反而
是版主战斗力超强，以一当百，删帖灭掉所有不同的声音，只保留支持自己的言论。
如果这样，请问版主以后还好意思删掉别人发abuse的帖子么？还是省版以后都可以讨
论abuse，如果被指出，就说是群起而攻之了？
1）关于你的主楼：“看到abuse，公共版面及时删除”，“有些问题，别人指点一下，
那不仅是省钱，升至省了很多麻烦。。。”“要回答就好好回答别人”。
版五开始贴出了误用胖子的丢，即胖子没有用在胖子文字指定的物品上。本来，刮胡刀
型号多，不懂行的人被迷惑也属正常，充其量算功课没做好。但是，在后面已经很快又

由于众所周知的原因，印度人，中国人绿卡都有比较长的排期，印度人的非常长，所以
他们就原因成立各种组织，然后募捐，去说服各种议员。h4 ead.
就是这样通过的，但是95%的h4 ead就是印度人拿到的。虽然现在也要取消了。
现在每年职业移门按国别限制，每个国家出身的分到的名额是一定且一样的，由于印度
人工作签证是国人的小10倍，绿卡申请数量也有6，7倍，所以排期自然就长很多。
涉及绿卡数量，名额分配的都是bill，要house先vote 过了，senate再vote 过了，然
后总统签字。几年前关于h1工资要求改革的bill好几个，但是连house vote都没到，因
为house内部有很多委员会，他们必须先vote，同意才能整个house vote。. 牛人云集,

看看中国的EB-5，排期要十几年了吧。
现在EB-1也排期好几年了，再这么搞下去，USCIS不改革，不出手，

让干活，不干怎么办？用手段强迫干活来还债算不算abuse？比如干活就有肉吃，不干
活就只有oatmeal和水，没有免费医疗，行不行？
我觉得只要此人最后是活着的，没有因为监狱的强迫手段带来的伤，就不应该算abuse。
罪犯abuse起受害人可倒是直截了当。想想死去的，被强奸的人一辈子的记忆。承受一
点abuse我真觉得没什么。还说不定是个更好的教育。以后别犯罪。 |

的法律，还是只完善domestic violence里面verbal abuse的法律；是要保持男女平等
的拔高verbal abuse的惩罚度，还是考虑到男女差异要对男性在法律上有特别倾斜的保
护。其次一个关键问题，有什么统计生理数据表明，在verbal abuse里面，男性受到的
伤害会比女性大，差距到什么程度。最后，即便是男女体力有着明显的差异，单从法律
上来讲，对于physical abuse的有关条理都是建立在男女平等的基础上的，只是在实际
执行的时候，警察倾向于男人原罪，会优先把男人关小黑屋，这不等于说男人没有起诉
女人physical abuse的权利。
至于李阳的，炒得热闹是说明稀罕，但是那是因为李阳的老婆是个外国女人所以稀罕，
他打的那个程度也是在中国也是稀松平常，我亲眼见过各种实例，通过网络和各种媒体
看到的也不在少数。
说中国男人打老婆比美国男人轻，在不考虑枪支参与的情况下，有什么理论或者事实依
据么？
